To be perfectly frank. Haley loved attention. Thrived off it really. She has never been one to shy away from it. She knew a lot of things. For instance, Matt was in love with her.

" Hey babe." Jupiter kissed her temple.

" Hi, Jupiter."

She was not oblivious nor was she proud of it. She knew about people's feelings. Especially about Matt's feelings that he desperately tried to hide from her.

He never brought it up and she never asked, she doesn't even think he suspects anything. But he wasn't as smart as he thought, dropping behind a love note last semester.

" If you're gonna make out please don't do it in front of my salad." He speared a piece of tomato.

Jupiter grinned devilish and leaned in for another kiss. Which Haley very much obliged to.

" You guys are disgusting," he makes a face, " I can't wait until next year when I only have to see your face once a month."

Jupiter was graduating, he was hopefully going to the university up north. It was a long drive. One she was dreading.

" Don't remind me college apps are due in two weeks. Something you guys have to do next year." He pressed a kiss against her palm.

Matt's hand twitch and Haley and Jupiter's eyes met. They knew of his feelings but she was with Jupiter, his brother.

Jupiter slowly leaned forward, an obvious tactic to move away from Haley without Matt noticing.
