Running as faster and faster, breath hitched and moving almost frantic. Leaves crunching under the blood covered sneakers of a boy who as lost all in just a day.

As he ran faster something was in pursuit running abnormally fast.

Looking behind him all he could see was the purple outline of a beast like none before and the pricing red and orange mixed eyes that stood out in the misty dark night.

His legs had almost gave out and caused him to collapse but had managed to save himself somehow with a bit of luck

He had a bit of luck on his side but for how long .

The fog and night don't really mix quite well for the poor boys' eyesight yet he could still make out street lamps and buildings most likely all empty.

he hasn't seen a single survivor yet since last month when the incidence had happened.

The horrific memories of neighbors and family being ripped apart flooded the boys mind as he tries to out wit and survive his predator who is keen to try and do exactly what had happened to his parents and friends to him.

He was so lost in his thoughts that he had not realized that he had jumped straight off of the cliff and down into the rocky steep mass below.

He fell straight off and breathed a sigh of relief to know that he would soon be seeing his parents and friends again. As he said goodbye to the cruel world he once lived in, his head smashed into the jagged rocks below instantly killing him.

He or well Thomas woke up from another terrible nightmare same as the last to the very last detail.
