cecilia woke up and she didnt feel like herself. she felt as if someone had ripped out her happiness. all of a sudden she remembers her mother and how she didnt care about poor cecilia.

all she wanted to do was sob and call her mother, finally see if she was proud of her daughter. all she wanted was to show her mother that she was worth something. but cecilia knew she woudnt care because she never did. she never showed any interest in the poor girl and she never will.

eventually she let it all out. all the tears, all the rage and all the pain. suck it up! cecilia said to herself, trying to calm herself down.

ding went her phone, she didnt answer it but she saw it was charlie. he was supposed to be going to bed but he wanted to see if she was okay. after a few minutes she heard her phone ring.

it took cecilia a few seconds before she answered the call. "what." she said emotionless.

"you ok celia?" charlie asked genuinely

"mhm." she replied

"you dont sound it. whats up?" charlie wanted to be with the girl and be able to comfort her.

she didnt answer. dont get her wrong, cecilia wanted to tell him but she didnt know how. she didnt want to seem like she was seeking for his attention, but she wanted help.

"celia.. please tell me.." he pleaded her

"i just want my mom to be proud of me.." she gave in

"oh celia.. she is proud of you, even if she doesnt say it, and if she isnt proud of you then.. then im proud of you even if it doesnt feel the same way." charlie comforted her.

"thankyou.." cecilias eyes began to hold tears that threatened to leave.

"have you eaten anything?" he asked

"not yet" truth was she didnt feel like eating, not now anyway.

"make sure you do eventually, ive got to go now but remember that i- im here for you" he almost said something he didnt want to say.

"thanks. bye." cecilia forced a small smile onto her lips

the phone ended and cecilia huffed whilst she closed her eyes. she couldn't get out of bed even if she tried. she tried to shut her eyes and fall back asleep but she couldn't, no matter how much she tried.

it was 12pm and cecilia had finally managed to fall asleep. it didnt last long as she woke up at 1pm.

"shit i need to pack my suitcase." she said to herself but her body refused to move.

cecilia tried her hardest to make herself get up, but she couldnt. after an insane amount of attempts she finally gave up and started to sob harder then ever. what was wrong with her? why couldn't she just be normal?

she had enough tears coming out, she could fill up a whole swimming pool. cecilias phone was on do not disturb so nobody would bother the poor girl in her misery.
