Luffy frowned as she walked through the thick jungle.

She had been walking around the forest for an hour, and she needed something to eat. Even though she already had a snack earlier.

"Stupid Jiji, why did he have to leave me in this Forest for 3 months? I'm tired of getting attacked when have to eat every 10 minutes!" She grumbled to herself.

Then, she spotted something up on a dense hill.

Curious, Luffy found herself at a beautiful white and gold temple surrounded by roses and a crystal clear moat.

She walked into the temple, and she saw different kinds of jewels, fruit, and such laid around the room. But it something on a pedestal that caught her attention.

It was a strange looking fruit in different shades of pink. It's stem was curled into a heart.

Luffy's stomach growled, and she found herself tempted to eat it. So she took it into her hands and took a big bite of the fruit.

She just didn't expect the sickly sweet and sour taste that came after.

"Ugh! How can a fruit taste like this? But it's bad to waste food, so I'll eat it all."

So Luffy muscled her way to eat the fruit carefully.

After that, Luffy walked out of the temple to see a large tiger that w looked hungry as well, but just as he was about to pounce on the girl, he stopped.

Luffy was confused on how the animal stopped attacking her, but at least she wouldn't be dinner.

"Nice kitty." Luffy said as she pet him, and the tiger became putty in her hands.

"Do you know where I can find food?" Luffy asked as the tiger let her ride his back.

When Luffy fell asleep something strange happened, she was in a strange place that looked like it was made for royalty.

It looked to be some kind of chamber room laden with white silk and golden sheets around. She smelled sweet perfumes of incense, delicious food, and her ears picked up the sound of exotic music.

All around her were various types of fairies, and other beautiful beings from the whitest horse to the most graceful swan. They were either talking, grooming one another other, sleeping or looking at her in curiosity.

Before Luffy was a magnificent throne and on it was a person a remarkably beautiful woman.

"Hello, my child. Welcome to my abode. I am Aphrodite, the goddess of Love and Beauty."

"A goddess?"

"Yes, child." Then Aphrodite gave a 'come here' motion. " come closer and let me have a look at you."

Luffy felt complied for some reason and stood before the woman. Aphrodite knelt to her height taking a good look at her. 'A little thin on the side, definitely young, but she has room for improvement. As innocent as a white rosebud too. Yes, this is good.' Aphrodite thought.

"Luffy-chan, the fruit you ate earlier was a devils fruit, based on my form and powers." She said.

"Does this mean I'm a Aphrodite too?" Luffy asked innocently.

"You could say that. You're a mythical zoan considering my powers. Meaning you can use my powers too."

"Really?"
"Yes, in fact, I can teach you. But that depends on time. You have a grandfather coming back to get you right?"

" He said he would be back in 3 months."

"Well, I can use the time-space in this temple to give us more time to train. I'll teach you the basics of powers and what you can do. Now, you need food and rest my dear." Aphrodite said as she snapped her fingers.

A servant came with a luxurious meal before them and Luffy's stomach rumbled. She ate with vigor till she couldn't eat anymore, and one of the larger white swans let her sleep against him as he curled his neck around her.

Aphrodite saw the child asleep with a smile on her face. "Sleep tight, my cherub."

The next day started off with what felt like a year of intense training.

The first task of training begins very really easy. Luffy basically learned how to tame beasts and bend them to her whim. It even applied to sea beasts.

Next, was the power of water. With Aphrodite being born from the sea, she could control water to a certain degree.

Luffy started to train in water attacks, and learned to control the water when dancing. Although she couldn't swim, she can now summon a giant seashell to help her surf.

Music and Dance manipulation was next. Because there were places dedicated to Aphrodite, people would hold dances and festivals. Learning different dances and music to influence her enemies to the point of mind control, especially with singing.

After training for 2 weeks with those abilities next was the harder part. Lunar manipulation.

It was rumored that romance and beauty bloomed more under the moonlight rather than the sun. As people associate them more with the night making it more addictive.

Although it was hard Luffy was able to get some sub-powers out of them, and control them to a limited degree.

Then there was the next phase, Love manipulation. But in order to do that she first needed to learn about the power of fragrance. However, Luffy was still too young, especially since it involved sensual contact and pleasures of the body, so Aphrodite put in on hold for now, and moved on to elegance, and grace, and how to eat properly. She also figured Luffy needed to look her best at Sea, so she taught the girl how to take care of her skin and hair, and how to create her own clothing as well.

By then the 3rd month was almost up. Aphrodite had used up a good portion of her strength to train Luffy. She decided to wrap up the training by teaching Luffy about Persuasion. With the power of her charm, she could get people to tell her what she wanted to hear, but only for the small details.

She could've had the ability to have them tell everything, but that part involved a special ability called Kiss of Truth, which meant if Luffy wanted to know things, she would have to actually kiss the person to know, but she was still too young to do that.

It was finally time for Luffy to go back to her world. To be honest, Aphrodite started to see the child as her own child.

"Sweetie, you'll have to be on your own for now, your grandpa will be here soon. But I'll be able to see you again when you're 13." Aphrodite told her.

"Ok, kaa-chan. I'll miss you, but I'll train hard." Luffy said with a sad smile.

With one last hug, Aphrodite left Luffy's dream.

By the time Luffy's training with Aphrodite was over, Garp was already near the island.

He knows his little granddaughter may hate him for putting her through such harsh regiments, but it was to make a strong marine. Right now she was, undecided. One push from either the pirate or marines could make her decide her choice. He just wanted her to make the right choice. Is that too much to ask?

Well, right now, Garp had finally landed on a remote island where he left his little sunshine and yelled out; "LUFFY! I'm back!"
The marine soldiers pitied the young girl who had to deal with this monster of a man and being related to him.

What no one expected was for something to crash into Garp and get him into the ground.

"Gotcha grandpa, I win!" She said with a big smile. However, Garp didn't listen. What was on his mind right now, was the fact that his granddaughter was now wearing a white dress she didn't have before.

"Luffy. Where did you get that dress?"

"Oh, I accidentally ate a Devil Fruit."

.....

"WHAT?!?! DID SOMEONE FORCE YOU TO EAT, ARE THEY STILL AROUND-"
"No grandpa. I said 'accidentally'. I found it in an temple and I was hungry. But I'm learning how to control it and what it does. It's the Human Human Fruit, Model: Aphrodite. I'm basically a Aphrodite Avatar. I can be kaa-chan."

"Kaa-chan?"

Then a voice burst out.

"Garp, we are on a bit of a schedule. We need to get going." Said a man in a smooth but slow tone.

"Oh, right. Luffy, this is Borsalino, he's also known as Kizaru. He's a Marine HQ Vice Admiral."

"Nice to meet you, sir."

"A pleasure young lady."

When everyone was on the ship and casting off, Garp and Kizaru let Luffy continue talking about her fruit.

She told them about what her fruit allowed her to do, and what she learned. And that she can actually make nature beautiful to the point she can control anything pertaining to beauty in nature, and with crystals which got their attention.

The two speculate that in time Luffy could rival the Pirate Empress Hancock, or even surpass her.

For the next few days of the voyage, Kizaru had been helping Luffy train and perfect her plant and crystal abilities.

"Anything else you need help training in?" Kizaru asked after they just finished training.

"Well, not really. Kaa-chan helped me on other areas. Well, except for love and fragrance manipulation. I won't be learning it until I'm 13."

"What are those about?"

"Oh, kaa-chan told me about the basics of what I can do with them, but they involved physical contact, sensuality and pleasure I think, but she said I won't learn about them until I turn 13, and I don't think you would want to teach me that. Kaa-chan is a goddess of love, beauty and desire."

"I see." That made sense of her seemingly limitless abilities.
