"Here we are! The Sea Restaurant, Baratie!" Johnny shouts as he showed the coolest Restaurant ever the next day.

The Baratie is not like any Restaurant they've been; it's a fairly large ship. It takes an oval shape, with the normal masts but has fish as a front-piece/head and has a round bottom. And the Straw-hat couldn't help bit to be awed at the ship.

"So what'd you think?"

"It's cute!" said Luffy said happily.

"It's lovely" Nami is impressed.

"This is the coolest place ever" Usopp stated.

"HAHA, I knew you guys gonna like this, just you wait till you see inside it" said Johnny, and Yosaku who just woke up just in time hungry, he can't wait to taste their foods, but then they heard a booming sound coming from another ship next to them and it happened to be a Marine ship.

"What the? A Marine ship, at the place like this" Yosaku got freaked out to see it.

"H-hey, there not going to fire at us, are they?" Usopp asked also freaked out.

"Hmph, just our luck." said Zoro looking frustrated.

"But wh-when did they…" Nami didn't finish it when she sees Johnny is tip toeing away to hide, then someone on the Marine ship had made his appearance; he's an average sized Marine that wore a purple pinstripe suit. His hair is pink, well combed, and he had a scar under his eye.

"I never seen this Pirate flag before" the man muttered, he got a closer look at the pirate mark.

It was a simple Jolly Roger with a strawhat and a big heart behind it to symbolize Luffy's power.

The marine eyed at each person on board; he even caught two men hiding behind the door, he put his hand on the railing showing them his Knuckle Dusters on his knuckles.

"I'm Iron-Fist Fullbody…but you can call me sir I demand to see your Captain and state its name" Fullbody demanded; Luffy stepped forward and then said to him.

"Sorry for the confusion. We were on a voyage but encountered two pirate groups. We had to blend in." Luffy said getting Fullbody's eye.

"I see. That explains why I never seen that mark. At least take it down soon." Fullbody bought it.

Luffy smiled as she got her crew to dock.

Luffy assured the others she had money for the restaurant thanks to being raised by mountain bandits. As they ate, they also got a dinner and a show when a man dressed in a smart suit and blonde hair fought Fullbody.

Then one of  Fullbody's men came yelling.

"Lieutenant Fullbody! W-we've got trouble! He escaped; Don Krieg's right handed man has attacked us and vanished" the Marine yelled in panic.

"He what!? Impossible! When we picked him up three days ago, he was on the verge of starving to death, and we haven't fed him anything at all" he said with disbelief and the Marine bow his head averting eyes contact, feeling ashamed.

The people were shocked and frighten to hear the man who escaped is none other than one of Don Krieg's men, the man who said to be known as the strongest Pirate of all the East Blue and ruler as well making everyone terrified of him even when they uttered his name.

Lara is confused and wondered who Don Krieg is anyway.

Sanji was unreadable but if you look closely, you can see his eye is clear with rage and disgust at Fullbody for letting the man starve till he dies.

"I'm sorry, sir I…" before the Marine could've said more before he was shot on the back to his heart, and the Marine fell dead and on the doorway, a man who holds out his gun is one who killed him.

The people backed away from the man as he walks in, the Chefs, Sanji, Luffy and her other Crew don't seem all that scared, just curious. Fullbody who had witnessed one of his men got shot and see the man that he captured is coming his way, he dare not move and turn away not making eye contact as his body shook but sigh in relief when the man has passed him by, Sanji inspect the guy after he got up from kneeling and let go of her hands. The man looks like a living corpse despite he wears clothes; he can clearly see he's all skin and bones, and he look awfully sick and haven't bathed; he has blood on his face and has dark circles under his eyes.

Then the next thing everyone knew, another chef battled the man and threw him out.

But Luffy noticed Sanji went to the kitchen.

She sneaked outside of the restaurant, and she's now on the middle deck, she rested her arms on the railing as she looks down at the starving man as his stomach growl more loudly like a bear, her face is marred with worry when suddenly the back door open and it was the weird blond man came out of the door and to her surprise he put a plate with chock-full of rice with delicious looking fries shrimp and calamari and glass of water. The hungry man drools at the food that looks so good to eat, and the smell is heavenly sweet, he glance at the blond man who sat on the deck, his back on the railing, Sanji inhale his nicotine stick and blow some smoke out and said.

"Eat up" he bluntly said, the man gulped at the food as he turns his head away.

"Take it and beat it…I don't want your pity just take it and leave me alone" he said but Sanji won't have that.

"Quit your whining and eat it already I don't care what they say in there, to me, anyone who's hungry is a costumer"

"Well, I hate it to break it to ya, but I'm not a costumer. Now go and take your food with you" he said but then his stomach grumbling in protest as if he's debating him to fill me in rather loudly for Sanji to hear, Sanji frowned at this and turned to stare at the vast and endless ocean.

"It's amazing how beautiful and cruel this ocean can be…it's almost a death sentence to lose your food and water out here…how hard it is to survive…I know exactly how you feel more than anyone" said Sanji and his eye seem lost as if he remembers one certain thing in the past that never seem to let him go. The man wanted to tune out the man, but his ears have betrayed him as he listens to him. Then, Sanji turn away from the ocean and glance at him.

"You can die for you pride if you want…but if you eat and survive won't that give you the opportunity to fight for pride truly worth having now in the future" he closed.

The man gasped as if he feels every weight on his body has been lifted as he grasps on what Sanji mean to say, to fight to survive to have a better future. Then the man found his spare strength to lift himself up, took the plate and eats like he never ate, before. The man with a bandana ate and ate as he cries with happy tears, not because that he finally has food to gobble but to have hope to survive for another day and the next, and he owe a lot to the blond Cook.

"I'm sorry 'sniff' it just…I thought I was going 'sob' die 'sob' thank you thank you" then he eats again with no table manner, but it didn't bother Sanji at all; he just silently glad to see the man eats, then he heard him say that made him smirk proudly.

"This…this food is…delicious, I've never eaten this food this good before" he cried again as he thanks the Sous Chef.

"Damn straight, it is!" Sanji exclaimed happy to hear a compliment from him, unaware of these men, Luffy has been watching with a big smile on her face.

'I think I just found my Cook' then she went downstairs to reach to the lower deck, and once she made her appearance, Sanji's eye turn to heart shape and his tongue jiggle weirdly.

"Hey, Mr. Cook, would you like to join me as part of me Pirate Crew and…" before she can say "be my Cook" she was interrupted yet again and this time it was Sanji as he holds her hands.

"My angel of beauty, you are truly a sight to behold. Let me make you food with my love and devotion for you and I will also make OWW OW OW" Sanji was cut off when Luffy pinched his cheek and pull it for good measure till she let go and said strictly as if she's scolding a child.

"It's not nice to interrupt when a lady is talking" her eyes are narrowed and hard.

"Of course of course, you were right and I'm sorry. How rude of me, let me make up to you by making one of Baratie's finest dessert." Sanji exclaimed with heart still on his eye and bowing like a gentleman while the man with bandana sweat dropped.

After they all had introduced themselves, Luffy explains she was looking for a Cook for her crew. Sanji nodded, and explained that the old geezer aka Zeff used to be a Pirate back then, and his Restaurant is his greatest treasure and everyone who came here to be hired out of respect, admiration, or just only hot-headed like Pirates that Sanji commented, and he even told her that because of Chefs always making a ruckus and causing it to fight against Pirates that attracted many costumers just to watch them fight, but it caused all the Waiters and Waitresses to run away like chickens.

"Oh that makes sense. No this place is such a nut house. But I suppose it's one way to survive life." she said.

"I would love to have you to stay here, my dear." Sanji sing a song and hold his hands together and looking at her lovingly.

"So, are you joining my Pirate Crew or what?" she asked again.

"As much as I wanted to sail on a voyage with you, but I can't, there's a reason why I have to stay here I can't just simply walk away from here" he concluded.

"Why is that?" Luffy asked.

"It's personal." Sanji said, and Luffy nods in understanding.

"Well, whatever your reason is I won't push you to tell me…but one of these days you have tell me on your own accord" she said with grin and Sanji smile softly, thanking her for understanding.

"I'm sorry to interrupt" the man who was standing on the sideline watching the two talks, Luffy and Sanji turn to stare at the man as they waits for him to talk.

"You said you were a pirate. Tell me this, what is your dream?" said Ghin.

"I'm aiming for the One Piece, and pretty soon I'm going to sail to the Grand Line" she said with a ready answer that made Ghin gasped and paled.

"If you don't have a Cook yet, you're Crew can't be all that big." Ghin stated.

"Nope, he's only the fifth member once he joins." said Luffy pointed her finger at Sanji.

"I thought we discussed this" he said but he was ignored.

"You seem like nice girl, let me tell some friendly advice, okay…the Grand Line is a place you want to avoid. You're still young, so there's no need to rush things. Remember, the Grand Line is only a small portion of the entire ocean, if you wanna be a real Pirate, there's plenty of places out there on the sea to explore" Ghin ended, hoping this will convince the girl from not entering the Grand Line when she asked him a question.

"..... you seem to know something about the Grand Line. Why don't you tell me something that I want to avoid?"

"I don't" then Ghin started to sweat as he shakes.

"I don't know anything…I don't understand anything about it…that's exactly how I fear it" said Ghin, and everyone stays in grim silent until Sanji spoke.

"You know, for Don Krieg's underling, you sure are a wimpy Pirate"

Once Ghin finish his meal, Sanji had brought a boat for him to sail away before any other Chef sees him off without paying the food that Sanji offered him. Ghin jumped on the ship and turn around to say farewell.

"So long then…and" he was about convinced her consider the idea of going to the Grand Line, but too bad he doesn't get the chance to know Luffy's stubbornness.

"Thank for the warning but I'm still going to the Grand Line."

"I see, do whatever you want, I'm a stranger, so I have no right to stop you from going. I just wanted to give you a fair warning" then Ghin turn his head and faces Sanji.

"And to you Sanji, thank you so much for saving my life and I owe you one and your cooking skills are the best I ever had…I hope I can come back and eat again sometimes" Ghin stated with smile and Sanji smirked.

"I'll have a seat for ya"

"…Sanji, I have been looking for you." Zeff appeared above them startling everyone; he then took notice at the empty plate and empty glass.

"Ghin…go!" said Sanji, but Ghin doesn't want to see his savior get fired because of him.

"I'm sorry, Sanji. You'll probably get yelled at or probably get fired because you gave me free food" then felt bad about, then to his big surprise, he saw Sanji pick up the plate and the glass and throw him to the ocean and let the ocean swallowed it.

"Now, there's no proof, so there's no reason for me to get yelled at" said Sanji.

Ghin feels like he's about to burst into tears; no one has ever done this for him before and here it is, the blond Chef that he barely knew him saved his life twice that day, and he couldn't be more grateful. Ghin unsheathe the sail and sets off to wherever the winds may take him.

"Thank you again, Sanji, I will never forget your kindness" Ghin spoke.

"Yeah, just don't get caught by Marines, okay?"

Luffy smiled.

She had to get Sanji for sure!
