Laurance's POV

Knock knock knock!

"Damnit..." I got up from the couch and went to the door. I opened it, looking outside. "Stupid kids pulling pranks.." I mumbled, about to close the door.

"Nya..."

"Huh?" I heard a faint meow-like sound. I turn back around, opening the door all the way.

"Nyaa!" I look down, seeing a blonde baby meif'wa in a box, wrapped in a blanket.

"Oh my Irene!" I leaned down, picking it up, slightly rocking it in my arms. "Who left you here, little one?" I looked around, seeing a tail slip around the corner around of my house. "You poor thing..." I went inside, leaving the box outside. I laid it down in my lap. "Question is...are you a boy or a girl?" I unwrapped the blanket, seeing just a diaper on it. I undid the diaper, seeing it being soaked. "You're a boy, first off! Second off, you need a new diaper!" I rested him on my waist, walking back to the door. I pulled the box inside, seeing a few diapers, a bottle, and a single jar of baby food. I grabbed a diaper, and took him back to the living room.

"Alright...are you hungry now?" I had changed his diaper, and was playing with him. He wrapped his finger around mine, giggling.

"Nya!" He really liked to make that noise. I sat him on my lap, bouncing him. He giggled again, looking at a pillow. It was a pillow that had my friend, Dante's face on it. He crawled over to it, hugging it.

"Daddy!" He hugged it tighter, smiling.

"Ohhhh! That's why you're here!" Dante had most likely, gotten someone pregnant, and the mom dropped the kid off here, thinking he still here. Nope! Dante has been bringing girls home, just about every night, so I kicked him out. "What's your name kid?" I was asking him questions, like he would answer me, but to no avail...he wasn't answering.

"Gar plghhh!" He was talking jibberish.

"Gar? Is your name Garroth?" He giggled, crawling back over to me.

"Daddy!" Huh..he must call every male, 'Daddy'. I laughed, and sat him on my lap.

"You look to be around 3 or 4..." I bounced him again, smiling. He nodded, and held up four fingers.

"I'b foura!" An actual sentence outta him. I smiled, standing up, holding him.

"Are you hungry?" He thought about it for a minute, before nodding. I put him down, holding his hand. I took him to the kitchen, smiling. "Would you like some bananas?" He nodded fast, making me chuckle. I grabbed a banana, handing it to him, after I peeled it. He gulped it down. I picked him up, spinning him around.

"So your name's Garroth?" He nodded.

"Who's your mommy?" He shrugged.

"She's bery pretty..." I smiled.

"I-i think her name is...umm..." I shushed him.

"You don't have to tell me.. Guess who I am." He shrugged again.

"I'm Laurance, your new daddy!" His face lit up, smiling widely, and hugging me.

"DADDY!" I held him, making him lay his head against my chest. "I wuv you, Daddy.." I smiled, nearly crying. What? Don't judge me! It's been my dream to be a father! Anyways...

"I love you too, Garroth..."
