Jess's hands started to shake and tremble.

I'm a loser...

She slowly bent down and picked up a piece of the glass,

I'm a clutz...

She looked up, her right eye started to stream with a salty tear, haunting voices echoed through her ears. Taunting her and teasing her.

"You're nothing!" One cackled. "Loser!" Another called "Worthless piece of trash!" a voice yelled. "Of course an ugly trash girl like you wouldn't have a boyfriend" Hissed one.

CRACK!

Jess held onto her ears, cupping them with her hands trying to block their taunts out but it didn't work. The sound of laughing and teasing still flowed through her ears like a river. "Cheater!" "The guys only like her because you're a Youtuber!" One called. She looked up and saw large black figures towering over her, Throwing insults and teasing her.

Crack!

She clenched her chest where her heart was, she was breaking, hurting, bruising. She Tried thinking of anything else, school! Tests! Puppies! or... He friends!

Her friends smiling and having fun with her. Laughing with her and being kind to her. Jess lightly smiled until "We don't actually like her" said a familiar voice.

Jess looked up and saw one of the black figures whispering to another black figure but they had the face of Lucinda and Kiki. "Yeah totally! Maybe if we keep on her good side she'll make us famous" Lucinda smirked, "N-No! They would never say that!" Jess cried.

Crack!

"Whoever dates Jess will be The boyfriend of the biggest youtuber of all time," A male voice said, She spun around and saw Laurence talking to Garroth. "I bet she'll fall for me first! I'm more youtuber metal!" garroth smirked.

Crack!

"N-No! They're my friends!" Jess cried. "They were never your friends," a black figure said smirking, "You've always been alone" another figure smirked. Jess's tears slipped off her cheeks and dripped onto the floor making a small puddle.

"Look at yourself!" One said, she looked into the puddle and saw her imperfect face, her pimples, her scars, her imperfections were all showing. She pulled herself into a ball for protection. feeling all the pain drift to her until.

She felt a spirit hug her from the back, draping over her like a blanket and she only heard one word "Perfect".

Jess's eye's shot open, she looked around and saw no one but the figures. Jess todd up and stopped holding her head. she let her hands stay by her side.

The figures kept taunting her but she didn't cry, "Whats wrong with her? why isn't she crying?" One whispered though it was a whisper she could hear that over all the loud yelling.

Jess smirked and held her head high and smiled. "No!" They all cried, like a wink blowing dust away gush of the wind swept through the room and blew away their black bodies. Jess looked again and saw no one.

Suddenly the glass at her feet drifted up and combines to make the gem howl again. Jess held the gem above her hands and smiled. Suddenly a bright light flashed in front of her.

She slightly covered her eyes with her hand but one the light was gone she uncovered her eyes to show tall women wearing a large purple dress. Jess smiled at the figure "Hello Irene" she smiled.

"Hello Daughter, I see you have conquered the challenges" she smiled. Jess nodded. "You are ready to harness my power now" she smiled weakly.

She smiled at jess as her vision became brighter and brighter until she could see the lavender ceiling of the living room. "Look she's awake!" Exclaimed a voice. Jess looked around and saw her friends all around her.

She smiled "What happened?" She questioned, "You went into another state so we put you on the couch" Jin explained. Jess smiled, "Hey? Where'd you get that necklace?" Adam asked pointing to a necklace hanging from her neck.

It was a glass wear with a small ruby pink petal in it, it hung by a thin golden chain around her neck. She soon realised that it was the same gem from her dreams. Jess held the stone in her palm and smiled.

"I have achieved the power" she smiled, her friends gasped and hugged her "Let's test out your powers!" Barney exclaimed. Everyone raced outside and watched as jess tried to find her powers.

Jess closed her eyes and felt a rush of wind fly past her, "Wow!" Ross exclaimed Jess was now wearing a REALY cool outfit. Jess smiled she concentrated more and started to fly slightly if wasn't really 'flying' but hovering.

Once again Jess tried her powers, she felt her hands start to heat and become hotter. Jess looked down to her hands and they were flaming with a bright purple flame. Jess smiled, "Wow" she gasped.

Suddenly it started to hurt, the flames were real flames, she tried putting the flame out but it didn't work. Jin made some water and splashed her hands but it didn't work the flame just came back.

"What do we do?!" Max cried, "I have an idea" Jin mumbled, "This may hurt" Jin warned. "Ross quickly comes with me," he said, they rushed over to Jess and looked at her with pity.

"You know when adults say everything will be fine but it won't be?" Jin questioned, "Yeah" she mumbled, "Everything will be fine," he said....

~Next day~

"Jess never uses that flame again" Adam sighed, Jess rolled her wrist and held her hand, "Ow it still hurts" she sighed, "I told you it would hurt" Jin sighed.
