~Katlyn's POV~

My bag was slung over my shoulders, I stopped in my tracks a few blocks away from my house, the street lamps flickering on as the night bugs swarmed around their light.

"I can't believe I did that!" I cried, placing my hands over my face as a layer of a pink blush appeared on my cheeks, I felt my head becoming hotter the more I thought about him.

I slapped my face and kept walking "Don't think about Katlyn" I said over and over again to myself, I made it to the front porch of my house, I rummaged through my bag and pulled out my key ring with all my keys on them. a Minecraft diamond sword keyring hanging on the metal loop.

I browsed the keys until I found the small golden key to the house, I pushed the key into the keyhole and twisted it so it unlocked the door. I started to walk upstairs when my dad called to me "Katy! I'm going to work" he said, my dad doesn't just work as a PE teacher he also works as a bodyguard at the nearby club.

"Ok, Dad! See you tomorrow" I called to him as I walked upstairs, I heard the front door shut, lock and his car driving away down the street. I let out a sigh.

I went to my bed and lay down on it, My arms spread across the sheets as my legs dangled off the side of the bed "How can I even face him now" I mumbled looking up at the blue painted ceiling.

I shut my eyes slightly feeling the wind of my fan hitting me lightly. I suddenly hear a tap, tap, tap "What the hell is that sound?!" I shouted as I bolted up, I looked to the window and saw Max tapping on my window.

I looked shocked at him, I swung open my window and looked at him "What are you doing?!" I cried, he was trying to keep his balance, "The guys said I had to come after you" he sighed, I look down to my front yard and saw everyone waving to me.

I looked at his feet and saw he was only balancing on the water pipes on the side of the building, "Come in" I panicked pulling him in. "Did you really parkour to my window?" I laughed, "The guys made me" he said as he sat on the floor rubbing his head.

" Did you bash your head?" I asked placing my hand where his was rubbing, our faces were close as I examined his cut, I looked at him in the eyes, "Do you l-like me?" he questioned, I started to blush "No! I don't have a crush on anyone!" I cried falling back.

He let out a laugh "then why did you kiss me?" he smirked, "I... I" I paused not knowing what to say, suddenly he kissed him, "Your cute when your flustered" he smirked, I let out a yelp "I-i'm not cute! I'm badass!" I yelled shaking him.

"Sure you are" he smiled, "Are you guys dating yet!?!?!" called a voice from the yard, it was Jess "Screw you!" we called, we looked at each other and laughed.

"I'm guessing they want us to date?" I assumed, "Yeah" he sighed. I looked to the floor and back up to him, I pecked him on the cheek "I guess we're a thing now" I smirked as I pushed him out the window, he landed perfectly on his feet.

"See you tomorrow!" I waved closing the window and turning off my light so I could go to sleep.

~Back with the others~

Max fell out the window and landed on his feet, he looked up at the window dazzled, "Are you a thing now?" Lucinda asked impatiently, "I think so" he responded with some blush on his cheeks "AAAHH! YEs yes yes yes! My ship has sailed!" Jess exclaimed as she danced with Lucinda and Ross.

"S-Shut up you guys!" Max shouted as he started to walk home.

~The next day~

Jess, Lucinda, Ivy and Emmalyn sat at the table, "I'm here!" Kiki called running up to the table with all her books in her arms. "So are we!" called a voice, it was Jin, the guys all ran over to the group of girls.

"Wheres Max?" Emmalyn asked, "he came to school early, I thought he was with you," Jin said, "Morning!" called a voice, The group looked to their right, "Oh My gosh" Ivy gasped, It was Max and Katlyn, Max had his arm wrapped around her shoulder and she had her arms around his waist.

"You guys look so cute together!" Jess exclaimed, "Nice work Mad max!" Adam teased "Don't call me mad max!" Max shouted letting go of Katlyn and stomping towards Adam with his natural red hair turning slowly into flames.

The group of people went back to the table "Should I open a portal?" Jin asked, "Yes," Emmalyn said quickly, he opened a portal and the 2 backed into it. "Thank god, they would probably destroy the school if they wanted" Lucinda sighed.

"What just happened?" Katlyn asked in shock, the group sighed, "Jess, Jin, Barney, Max, Adam and Ross all have magic powers which are not related to witches" Emmalyn explained, "Jess is related to irene you mean?" Katlyn said.

"H-How did you guess?" Ross said, "She looks just like her" Katlyn laughed, "H-How do you know what Lady Irene looks like, she's been dead for over 100 years" Emmalyn gasped, "My great great grandmother was friends with her" Katlyn sighed, a small smile on her cheeks.

Later that day Max and Adam came back, Adam was badly burnt and Max only had ruffled hair. "Nice hair" Katlyn teased "Nice face" Max responded, Katelyn, puffed out her cheeks in anger.
