Gene lead Y/N to his caddilac without hesitation, and drove to the hospital, Y/N excited to finnaly have Gene love her again.

"Hello sir, what can i do for you today?" One of the staff asked, looking up from her papers.

Gene held her hand tightly, and asked for the plastic surgery section, the staff nodded and led them there, looking a bit dissapointed at another patient wanting to change herself.

"Ah, hello, i see you're requesting for plastic surgery, what would you like to change about your body?"The surgeon asked

Gene started to explain to him about the details, while Y/N hesitated in her mind, deciding if she wanted to change it all just for one person.

Y/N followed the surgeon into the operating room, she layed herself on the bed, while the doctor gave her the anesthetic.

After a few minutes, Y/N was done with the surgery. her face was covered in bandages. Gene drived her home, and carried her to her bed, as she fell asleep, gene walked out the room.

Y/N felt happy that Gene would finally love her now, she was excited to see her new face, as she fell asleep.

Gene came back, and woke Y/N up, stating it was time to remove the bandages. He removed the bandages, as Y/N was filled with excitement and hope, but after everything was removed, Gene didnt look too happy.

Y/N hurried and put on as much make-up as she could, and taking pills to make her body like Gene wanted. After a long time, she finally looked like the perfect girl.
