Travis's POV

I was walking to Zane's house. Zane had been acting weird, well weirder than usual. And with my luck I was voted to check on him. No, that wasn't sarcastic, I actually really like Zane.

I walk up the gravel pathway leading to Zane's house. And knock on the door. I hear footsteps, and Zane opens the door. "What do you want Travis?" Zane asks with a slightly annoyed tone. "Are you okay? You've been acting odd" I say bluntly. (Wow Travis, good job.) He has a worried expression on his face. He stares at me for a while. He just burst into tears like he's been holding in his tears for years and hugs me. I hug back since something was obviously wrong. I pick Zane up and enter his house kicking the door closed behind me. 

What was wrong with him? He never shows any emotion, like ever. I carry him over to the couch and set him down. " Sorry, Travis" he mumbles. " It's okay Zane. What's wrong, Zane?" I ask. " I-I'm g-gay" he says. "I told my parents and my father yelled at me for it" I'm shocked. So am I. You may think what about Katelyn? But it's just an act to make sure nobody suspected it. To be honest I kin- really like Zane.

I look into Zane's eyes, I mean eye, I lean in, pull down his mask, and kiss him. I couldn't help myself. " Zane w-will you be my b-boyfriend?" I ask. " Yes! " Zane says hugging me.

After four years Travis proposed, (Zane wore a dress ;)). They adopted a little girl named Hannah. Later they adopted another girl named Mia. And they lived happily ever after.
