{yup I'm still alive}

It was the worst blizzard Phoenix Drop had seen in years.

Snowfall reached over 8 inches. {is that a lot? I have no idea I've never seen proper snow in my life} Some people had to be evacuated from their homes because their neighborhoods power had gone out.

But the lovely neighborhood Lover's Lane was unaffected by the power outage. All of the residents had prepared for the blizzard and were ready for the snow. In fact, Aaron and Aphmau had gone a bit overboard and gotten a whole stack of firewood. Everyone had plenty of indoor activities, and could call each other at the drop of a hat if they wanted to.

But there was one house in which the heat went out. That house belonged to Garroth Ro'maeve and Laurance Zvahl. Zane, Garroth's brother, had gone over to Aaron and Aphmaus house shortly after the blizzard started, after having realized that if he stayed, he'd be stuck in a house with his enemy and his brother with no escape.

The heat went out in the middle of the night. Laurance woke up when he felt the cold and investigated the heater. When he realized that it wasn't working, he went and woke up his snoring boyfriend.

I just got back from the beach and I wrote this on the way back so take my trash pls
