Crypto: Darksparks. He knows the two hang out a lot and is pretty sure Wraith had a thing for Wattson.

Rampart: anyone with Mirage. Mostly Cryptage.

Horizon: Miraith/Ramrage. She thinks that either Wraith or Rampart would be great for Elliot since she basically sees him as her son.
