Lizzy picked up a few dishes from the restaurant table and saw the tip amount, happily taking it and putting it in her apron pocket. A good tip was always welcome to the girl, especially if it's just the middle of the day and there would be more to come. The restaurant she works at offers wages that are a little lower than of a regular employee in another type of job, but the tips Lizzy would receive are outstanding. It made the job worthwhile. Akane was cleaning up another table when she saw Lizzy smiling.

"Did the customer tip you well, Lizzy?" Akane asked curiously.

"Oh yeah, he did!" Lizzy grinned. "He's always a nice customer that gives good tips to us."

"Yup! When I served him last week, he tipped me well too." The two cleaned off their tables and gathered the cash tips they'd received. They then waited for anyone to come into the restaurant because the rush of customers had died down. So they decided to talk for a bit. Akane had grown comfortable talking to Lizzy at work, so they would talk a lot during their mini break times. "Do you have enough money for what you wanted to do now?" Akane questioned Lizzy.

"I'm sure that I do now!" Lizzy exclaimed happily while checking her apron pocket that had the money in it. "I've been saving for a while now, so now I can do what I want with it!"

"That's wonderful. What did you want to do with the money again?"

"Well, one of my best pals' birthday is coming up. So I wanted to give him a good birthday present!"

"Aww, that's so sweet of you. Which friend would that be?"

"Oh, it's Jaden's birthday! It's coming up at the end of the month." As the two conversed, another bunch of customers came into the restaurant, forcing the girls to stop their conversation. Work had to be done. Lizzy walked over to a table with a group of girls sitting there and asked, "Hi there and welcome! I'm Lizzy and I'll be your waitress this afternoon. What can I get you guys to drink?" The group of girls looked at each other and then stared at Lizzy.

"Uh, who are you?" one of the girls asked.

"Well like I said, I'm Lizzy. I'm your waitress for your time here."

"Okay....where's Abby?" Lizzy gave them a confused look.

"Abby?" Lizzy repeated. "I've never worked with someone named Abby here but-"

"Can you bring Abby out here and let her be our waitress?" another girl at the table asked, interrupting Lizzy. The waitress was kind of taken aback, but she had served customers that wanted particular people to serve them before. She didn't know of an Abby that worked at the restaurant. Maybe she worked a different day than Lizzy?

"I'm sorry but I don't know who you're talking about," Lizzy stated to the girls. "Now let me ask for your drinks, ok? I'm sure this Abby works on another day."

"No, Abby works on this day and this time in the afternoon. We want her to serve us! Is she around?" Lizzy sweatdropped at the response. This is going to be interesting to work with those girls.
