Lizzy had her pillow ready as another bright, yellow light came from her backpack. "Bring it on," she said, slowly standing up on her couch. The bright light suddenly shot to the ground and became a four legged creature with two heads. It then became fully detailed and Lizzy saw a Duel Monster with one head full of purple fur and horns with gold decor, and another head with smooth, blue hair. Its entire body was mixed with blue and purple, and the creature let out a roar that shook the living room.

"Cerberus?!" Lizzy exclaimed in shock. "What are you doing outside of your card today? You scared me for a few seconds!" Cerberus trotted around the couch for a few times before going up to Lizzy and licking her face. "H-Hey, you two! You know that tickles. Stop, stop!" As  Cerberus' two heads were licking Lizzy nonstop, Northwemko came out of her card quickly.

"Apologies, my lady," Northwemko said with a small bow. "Cerberus felt too trapped in its card, so it needed to get out as soon as possible."

"N-No need to apologize, Northy!" Lizzy smiled, trying to get Cerberus off of her. "This is what I do anyway, remember?"

"Yes, but you must be careful, my lady. Remember that you can't tell anyone of your powers."

"I know, I know! I've been told that ever since I started middle school. Don't remind me of the pain that I've had to endure for so long." Lizzy groaned as she sat down on the couch, laying her fists on her cheeks with a slight frown. Cerberus stopped licking her and laid down on the couch next to her. After a few moments of silence, Lizzy's phone rang from within her backpack. The girl took out her phone to check who was calling her. "Speaking of middle school," Lizzy murmured. She picked up the call and said, "Hey Jay, what's up?"

"Hey! Wanna go out to eat for dinner with everyone? Yugi has a coupon for a pizza place."

"Um....I don't know."

"You doing okay?"

"Well..." Lizzy desperately wanted to tell her friend what was wrong, what was really on her mind. But she couldn't say a word, so she told him another lie. "I'm just really tired from my work shift."

"Was it that bad today?" Jaden asked from the other line.

"Yeah! There was so many people at the restaurant. It's not even funny!"

"Wow...well, the pizza place is just a block away...have you eaten yet?"

"Um...no..." To be frank, Lizzy doesn't eat much during the day. She'd at most eat two meals a day and at times she would have days where she would just eat once a day. The idea was to save money but her friends are very concerned for her health, especially when she works long days.

"Come on, you gotta eat with us! You had a long day of hard work and you need to get good food."

"I don't know, Jay...."

"Wait a sec!" Lizzy waited patiently for her pal on the other line. "Yusei says that he'll drag you out of your apartment to come eat with us," Jaden said after Lizzy waited.

"Oh...." Lizzy replied. "Did Yusei just threaten me to eat with you guys?"

"Yup."

"......Okay, give me a few minutes."
