Summary 1: 

Tommy falls asleep against Wilbur whenever he's tired, to the point where it becomes something he expects. What he didn't expect, however, was the deeper meaning behind it.

Or: The three times Tommy falls asleep on Wilbur and he thinks it's just something Tommy does, and the one time Wilbur realizes it is something Tommy does, just only with him

Summary 2:

Tommy pushes himself to the point of physical and mental exhaustion in order to churn out content. Wilbur finds out, and makes sure to take care of his younger brother, and make sure he knows he's always there for him

Summary 3:

Tommy is starting to feel insecure in his position as Wilbur's best friend, and starts to wonder if he's good enough for such an honor.

I'm recommending an author.  I love her writing so much. She writes one-shots about the brotherly bond between Tommy and Wilbur. They are just so cute and fluffy. I hope she posts soon.
