THE NEXT DAY; UA HIGH

In front of the entrance, there were dozens of reporters. Wanting to get an interview with All Might or just blocking students from the school to get their insight. One caught sight of Izuku and stopped him.

"Hey, what's it like learning from All Might?" asked a reporter.

He got nervous and replied "Eh?! Ah... Sorry. I'm due at the nurse's office" and he walked away.

The vultures caught Ochaco and asked her "Tell us what the Symbol of Peace looks like in front of the class!"

"How he looks? Um... super muscly! Yeah!" She answered and walked away.

Their next victim was Tenya, they asked "Tell us about All Might, the teacher."

He gave them a very long and, in their opinion, boring response.

"Every day with him is a reminder that I'm enrolled at this preeminent educational institution. Beyond his obvious dignity and presence, he's also quite humorous. As we students are privy to observing his many facets, we've been given the opportunity to discover just what makes to be a top hero. Also..." The reporters were getting very bored.

He left and went into the school.

Their fourth person was Katsuki, they asked him "When All Might is..." Then they realized who he is "Huh? You're the kid from the sludge incident!"

He gritted his teeth and said, "Buzz off" and left.

Their next person was Tori, and they asked her "What is it like being taught by the number one hero?"

She could only smile and say "Nope" and flew over the reporters to get passed them. She heard their shouts as she flew passed them. He he suckers, she thought.

She landed and saw her teacher in front of her, she greeted him "Morning Sensei!" he nodded at her, and she went to her class.

Aizawa went to the reporters to try and deal with them, but they asked and said "Does All M- You're a mess! Who are you, anyway?" Making comments to his attire and his bedhead.

He could only answer "He's off today. You're interrupting classes. Please leave" while waving at them, he then turned around and went back to the school.

Tori narrating: "The news that All Might had come to teach at UA, shocked the whole country. The media uproar went on for several days."

As Aizawa was walking away, the reporters were shouting different demands or questions such as, "We'd like a direct interview with All Might!", or "Why are you so sloppy looking?", one even commented "I feel like I've seen him somewhere. Maybe not..."

The same reporter who was stopping the students then shouted out "Come on! We'd just like to ask All Might..." then she started to approach the gate.

Her cameraman tried to stop her from getting any closer "No, don't..." But it was too late, as the female reporter took one step closer a sensor went off. All of a sudden, a huge, iron gate appeared and shuts her and the rest of the reporters out.

"WAAAAHHHH! WHAT THE HELL!" Shouted the female reporter in slight shock.

A reporter explained what it is, "It's the UA Barrier. That's what we call it anyway.

The same female asked "EH! What do you mean?!"

Another explained its purpose "The whole place locks down if someone without a school I.D or a visitor pass approaches the gate. I hear there are more sensors throughout the whole campus."

That one lady then yelled out "The nerve shutting us out like that without a single comment!"

Then another agreed with her "For real. Two whole days we've been here and not a byline to show for it!" As the reporters were commenting on how unfair the school is being, no one noticed a figure behind everyone, looking at the gate with intense gaze.

NOW IN CLASS 1-A

Aizawa gave his compliments to the class "Good work with yesterday's battle training. I've looked over your grades and evaluations."

Then he gave some words to some of his students, "Bakugo" the said student looked up at him "Grow up already. Stop wasting your talent."

Katsuki only said, "Got it."

Then Aizawa turned his attention to Izuku "And it seems Midoriya ended yet another day with a broken arm. Learn to control your quirk... Because just trying isn't going to cut it. I hate repeating myself. But you have potential, assuming you can overcome this. Work at it, Midoriya."

Izuku said "Okay!" with determination.

Aizawa then turned his attention Tori, "Tsubasa" she perked up at her name being called, "Good work, make sure you learn new strategies and fighting styles, because you can't use the same moves all the time." She only nodded.

Then Aizawa turned his attention back to the class, "Now let's get down to homeroom business. Sorry about the late notice but today I'll have you..."

As he spoke, the rest of the class tensed up a bit having the same thoughts take another special test?!

Then Aizawa announced "... Decide on a class representative."

The class sounded out "It's a normal school activity!"

Everyone started shouting out, wanting to be the class representative.

"I want to be the class rep!" yelled out Ejiro.

"Me too!" exclaimed Denki.

"I want to do it too" said Kyoka.

"It's a job made for m-" said Yuga.

Mina jumped in front of Yuga interrupting him "I'll be the leader!"

"My manifesto is for all girl's skirts to be 30 centimeters above the knee!" yelled out tra- I mean Minoru.

As more and more students yelled out, Tori was observing the class quietly.

Tori narrating: "In a normal class, students might feel like they're just taking on daily duties and this wouldn't happen. But here in the hero course, it's a role that allows one to practice being a top hero by leading a group."

Katsuki also raised his hand up high, yelling out "LET ME DO IT! ME!"

As he yelled that out, Tori thought who would want you to lead us.

Then Tenya shouted out "Silence, please!" with his hand raised the highest.

The class went quiet, and their attention went to him.

"It's a job with the serious responsibility of leading others. It's not a job for just anyone to do it. It's a calling that requires the trust of those around you. If we want to use democracy to decide on a true leader, then we should hold an election to choose one" explained Tenya as kept his hand high.

The class shouted out "This is just a classroom! Not congress!"

Denki asked, "Why did you suggest that?"

"We haven't known each other for that long, so how can we have trust or anything?" pointed out Tsuyu.

"If that's the case, then everyone will vote for themselves..." said Ejiro.

Tenya then explained the next part "Don't you think that is precisely why whoever receives multiple votes here can be truly considered the most suitable person?" Then he turned to Aizawa and asked him "Will you allow this, Sensei?"

"However, you do it, just make it quick" said Aizawa and he lays down.

Tenya thanks him and they move onto their election.

As time went by, Tori was thinking over who she should choose, "So we've got the observant Yaoyorozu, her insight and reasoning skills is very crucial. Or the serious and diligent Iida, I think he is the type who will plan out everything."

She made a decision and wrote it down.

As everyone finished their voting, the votes were tallied on the board. The final results were interesting to her.

What caught her eye was that she had three votes, what also surprised her is that she is tied with Izuku. This will be interesting, thought Tori.

"I got three votes?!" questioned Izuku and said, "And I'm tied with Tsubasa!"

"What the... Who voted for Deku and Feathers?!" Yelled Katsuki in frustration.

"Guess we know it wasn't you" said Sero.

Ochaco whistled conspicuously, while looking away from Katsuki trying to not look suspicious, as she was one of the students who voted for Izuku.

Tori looked around, trying to identify her voters. She then realized who it could be and she looked directly at Toru and Mashirao. They both smiled at her and gave her a thumbs up. Then Tori wonders who is my third voter?

Tenya looked visibly defeated when he was not voted, since he was the one who suggested the election. Then he looked again, and he saw that someone did vote for him, he was very surprised. He looked around trying to find the identity of his supporter.

"Then, the class rep is Class Rep is Midoriya and the deputy class rep will be Tsubasa" said Aizawa.

The said reps went to the front of the class, Tori looked indifferent.

Meanwhile Izuku was shaking with anxiety and stuttering out "S-s-seriously? Seriously?"

"I know Midoriya's got the right stuff for this!" said someone.

"And Tori has that battle knowledge, meaning she knows some form of strategy!" said someone else.

SOMETIME LATER, LUNCHTIME

Izuku, Ochaco, Tenya, and Tori sat together at a table, eating their lunch, then Ochaco commented.

"There are so many kids here" she said.

"Well Uraraka that's because everyone in the hero course, support course, and business course. We all come to lunch together" explained Tenya.

She eats some of her rice "The rice is so delicious!"

Izuku then sighs and says anxiously, "Even though I've been chosen to as a class rep, I don't know if I'm qualified for it."

"You are suitable" said Ochaco with assurance.

"Anyway, it'll be fine" said Tenya and he explained why he voted for Izuku, "Midoriya, your grit and decisiveness in a pinch, make you perfectly suited to lead us all. That's why I voted for you."

Ochaco then asks, "But didn't you want to be rep too, Iida? You've got glasses and everything."

Tori was silently eating her lunch listening to the exchange.

Tenya replies "Again, ambition and suitability are different matters. I humbly made the choice I felt was correct."

"Humbly?" asked Izuku and Ochaco, while Tori turned her full attention to Tenya catching onto his words as well.

"You don't usually say that word..." pointed out Izuku.

Ochaco then faces Tenya and asks him "I've been thinking... Are you a rich kid, Iida-kun?"

"Rich... I tried to change how I talk because I didn't want to be called that" answered Tenya.

Izuku and Ochaco then stared at him intently making Tenya a bit uncomfortable with their looks. Tori noticed his expression and she took action by slapping the back of their heads with her wings.

The two held their heads and shouted at her "WHAT WAS THAT FOR?!"

She answered them "One it's rude to stare, two you were making him uncomfortable" while pointing at him and then she added "Anyways, continue Iida."

He takes a deep breath and reveals "Yes, mine is a renowned hero family. And I'm the second son."

"Woah! Cool!" said Izuku and Ochaco at the same time.

"Do you know the Turbo Hero: Ingenium?" quizzed Tenya.

"Of course! He employs 65 sidekicks at his office in Tokyo! Don't tell me..." answered Izuku with his incredible knowledge of pro heroes.

Tenya proudly revealed "He's my elder brother!"

"He's telling us straight out!" said Ochaco.

"That's amazing!" complimented Izuku while Tori thought Ingenium, huh?

"He's a likable hero who honors rule and leads people. I set my sights on being a hero because I want to be like my brother. However, I think it is still to soon for me to lead others. Unlike me, Midoriya-kun realized the point of the practical portion of the entrance exam, so he is more suitable for the job" explained Tenya while smiling.

Izuku and Ochaco look at him in surprise, Tori thought So he can smile while smirking.

Ochaco was the first to break the ice "This might be the first time I've seen you smile, Iida."

"What really?! I smile!" exclaimed Tenya.

Tori says with a smirk "I'll have to agree with Uraraka here, until now, I haven't seen you smile before."

All of a sudden, a loud blare was heard throughout the whole school.

"SECURITY LEVEL 3 HAS BEEN BROKEN. ALL STUDENTS, PLEASE EVACUATE IN AN ORDERLY FASHION."

Everyone got up in a panic and Tenya asks an older student "What's security level 3?"

The student answered "It means someone's infiltrated the building! Hasn't happened in my three years here! Anyway, hurry up and get out of her!"

Tori was about to stand up, until she saw that the hallways were a mess. The students were cramped, everyone was pushing so she said to herself "No way that's worth breaking my wings."

She went the other way and noticed another door. She went through it and realized that it was a stairwell leading to the rooftop, "This will be easy" said Tori to herself.

She arrived to the rooftop and looked down to see who entered the school, she saw that it was the media, "Really, these vultures somehow got in? There's no way," said Tori.

She then noticed two of her teachers were in front of them, trying to keep them at bay. She made decision to try to help them out "Let's hope I don't get in trouble," she muttered.

She flew down, behind her teachers, and she approached the two. "Are they really that desperate?" she asked them.

The two turned around and saw her, with a lazy pose, her hands were in her pockets and her head was lolled to the side.

"How did you get here?" asked Aizawa.

"Saw the disaster happening in the hallways so I took a different route, so I didn't break my wings" she answered honestly.

"Smart thinking, little listener" complimented Present Mic.

The vultures noticed her and one of them recognized her, "Hey!" Tori looked at the one who yelled at her with a bored look.

"You're the one who flew over us, when we simply wanted to ask a few questions!" The same reporter yelled at her.

"You say few questions, then it turns out to be at least a hundred questions" remarked Tori.

MEANWHILE, BACK IN THE HALLWAY

The students that were in the hallway were pushing and shoving each other as they were all trying to get out of the building.

"Ow! Ow!"

"Stop shoving!"

"Wait, I'm gonna fall!"

"I said quit pushing!" Many students were shouting out as they were being pushed or shoved by one another and they kept running in to each other.

"Ow! What's going on!" shouted Ochaco.

"Such a rapid response to danger! I'd expect no less from this great institution!" shouted Tenya.

"Maybe a little too rapid. Everyone's panicking..." said Izuku until all of a sudden, he got swept away by the sea of students "Oof, I'm going down!"

"DEKU!" shouted Ochaco in concern.

"Midoriya!" yelled out Tenya with the same panic, until he got smacked into the window which gave him the best view on who entered the grounds.

"Who... who could have infiltrated?" he questioned out loud, then he realized who he saw "It's the press!"

BACK AT THE ENTRANCE

"Give us All Might! He's in there, right?!" many shouted.

"He's out today!" said Present Mic as he tried to reason with them.

"Just give us a comment. That's all we want!" One shouted.

"If we give you people an inch, you'll ask for a mile" said Aizawa calmly.

"They are trespassing, that means they are kind of like villains. Why don't we just beat 'em up?" asked Present Mic.

"Don't you even think about it. Unless you want your name dragged through the mud. Let's wait for the cops" said Aizawa denying the idea.

"I would have agreed with Mic sensei, if there wasn't any collateral damage to us" muttered Tori while pouting, she thought Present Mic's idea was fine and it would have been funny.

Present Mic and Aizawa heard her, one smiled and the other had to hide his.

BACK AT THE HALLWAY

Tenya formulated a plan, he asked Ochaco to use her quirk on him and he used his quirk to get above everybody else.

"EVERYONE!" He yelled out, getting everyone's attention. He then explained the situation to them, "EVERYTHING IS FINE! IT'S JUST THE PRESS! THERE'S NOTHING TO PANIC ABOUT! WE'RE FINE! THIS IS UA BEHAVE IN A WAY BEFITTIG THIS GREAT INSTITUTION!"

His announcement reduced their panic, and everyone got to their classrooms safely.

Tori narrating: "The police arrived, and the reporters were driven away."

"That's a rap! Get these vultures out of our station!" announced Present Mic. As the media were being escorted away from the school gate, Tori had a smug smile on her face while giving them a sarcastic wave.

She also said "Bye, bye birdies."

She then felt a hand on her shoulder and saw that it was her homeroom teacher.

"Let's get back to class now" said Aizawa and she nodded in agreement.

SOMETIME LATER, CLASS 1-A CLASSROOM

"It's time class rep, let's begin," said Momo.

"Um, ok, so we need to figure out who the other class officers will be. But first there's something I want to say" said Izuku, catching Momo's attention and everyone else in the class.

"I've thought a lot about this... I believe... That Iida is better suited to be class rep!" proclaimed Izuku.

Tenya looked at him with a bit of disbelief and Izuku continued to speak.

"You all saw how well he led everyone is that crisis. I think... He's the correct choice for the job" he said.

"Yeah, you know what, if Midoriya vouches for him, I'm good. Plus, he was a big help, he totally manned up and took charge, right?" said Ejiro.

"Yep, oh, did you notice he looked like the dude on the emergency exit signs when he was on the wall earlier?" said Denki.

Aizawa then glared at everybody, making them all nervous "This is a waste of time, I don't care who the rep is, just hurry up" then he laid back down.

Then Tenya stood up, "If Midoriya is nominating me for this job, then I humbly accept! I pledge to carry out the duties of class rep to the best of my abilities!"

"Sounds good, emergency exit" said Ejiro.

"Emergency exit Iida, don't let us down man," said Denki.

MEANWHILE, BACK AT THE SCHOOL GATE

Three teachers and the principal of UA stood in front of the school gate, or at least what's left of it. They only found a huge pile of dust.

Principal Nezu posed the question that every other teacher has thought "How were ordinary members of the press able to bypass our security systems?"

He then continued his train of thought, "Someone else must have been behind this, some villain actually managed to infiltrate our school but this purely a show power, or a declaration war?"

NEXT DAY; WEDNESEDAY, 7:35 A.M.

Two pro heroes: Kamui Woods and Mt. Lady, are seen fighting a villain named Habit Headgear. The villain has taken an innocent family hostage, which makes the battle harder for the two heroes.

Until they heard, "NEVER FEAR DEAR CITIZENS! MISSOROURI SMASH!"

All Might defeats Habit in an instant and saves the family. The two pros who were at the scene thanked him for his assistance.

All Might then quickly leaves the scene and makes his way to UA, but he made some detours and does some more hero work. As goes along his way, he has become slower ever since he gave One for All to Izuku. He recalled the young man admitting to him that he told Katsuki about it. All Might forgave him, yet he reminded him that One for All must remain a secret for his own safety as well as for Tori's since she knows as well, he also told them that it was also for the safety of the world.

SOMETIME LATER; 12:50 P.M. CLASS 1-A

Everyone in 1-A is at their seats, and Aizawa made an announcement.

"For today's hero basic training, it's turned into a class with three instructors, All Might, me, and one more person."

Turned into? thought Tori.

Then Hanta raises his hand and asks him a question, "Excuse me! What'll be doing?"

Aizawa takes out a card and shows it to the class, it read RESCUE on it. "Disasters, shipwrecks, and everything in between. It's rescue training" explained Aizawa.

The class murmured amongst themselves in excitement.

"Hey, I'm not done. You can decide if you want to wear your costume or not this time," informed Aizawa, then he pulled out a remote and revealed the costumes, "Because there are probably costumes that limits your abilities, too. The training will take place off-campus, so we're taking a bus. That's all. Start getting ready."

Everyone moves to their cases to get their costumes.

Rescue training... Another step closer to becoming a great hero, thought Tori while smiling.

TIMESKIP

Soon, everyone was gathered, and they were all waiting to board the bus. Tori was testing out the bow string making sure that it was still in top shape after what happened in the previous training.

Suddenly, Tenya blew a whistle to get everyone's attention.

"Gather round! Form two lines by your student numbers to make boarding the bus go smoothly!" instructed Tenya.

"Um... Iida, I don't think it's that kind of bus" said Tori while sweat dropping.

"Iida-kun's going full throttle..." commented Izuku.

A while later, everyone got on the bus. Tenya's seating arrangement was found useless. He was sitting with his head in between his hands.

"Shoot, I didn't think it'd be this type of bus" said Tenya dejectedly.

"I tried to warn you" said Tori while patting his back.

Then Tsuyu spoke up, "I say whatever comes to mind" she then looks at Izuku, "Izuku..."

Izuku was surprised "Um, yes, Asui?" he asked.

"Call me 'Tsu'" corrected Tsuyu.

"R-right" stuttered Izuku.

Then Tsuyu made a comment that even caught Tori off guard, "Your quirk is like All Might's."

Izuku started to panic, "Huh?! Y-you think so? But I'm-"

Tori decided step in, knowing that the secret of One for All cannot be known "They may look the same, but All Might doesn't get hurt by his quirk, but Midoriya does." Izuku looked at her with a thankful smile and she gave him a thumbs up.

"I see. But it's nice to have a simple augmenting type quirk. You can do lots of flashy stuff!" said Ejiro then he hardens his arm, "My Hardening is strong against others, but unfortunately, it doesn't look like much" he added.

Is that really what being a hero is about to most of them, they should care more about saving people and caring for others than themselves, thought Tori with a bit of a frown.

"I think it's really cool! It's a quirk that can definitely pass as a pro's!" encouraged Izuku.

"A pro's huh? But you have to think about popularity as a hero too, you know" mentioned Ejiro.

If you want to be just popular you should have thought of a different career, thought Tori while clenching her fist slightly.

Then Yuga spoke up, "My Navel Laser is pro level in both flashiness and strength."

Mina places a hand on his shoulder and commented, "But it's not great that it gives you a stomachache." Yuga deflates at her comment.

"Well, if you're talking about flashy and strong, it's got to be Todoroki, Bakugo, and Tsubasa" said Ejiro.

Tori perked up at her name, since she wasn't fully paying attention, as she was thinking about other things.

"Bakugo is always made, so he doesn't seem like he'll be popular, though," said Tsuyu.

Katsuki heard her and yelled, "What did you say! I'll kick your ass!"

"You see" pointed Tsuyu like she was proving her point.

"You know we basically just met you, so it's kind of telling that we all know your personality is flaming crap mixed with garbage," said Denki.

"You're going to regret the day you applied to this school you loser! I'll kill you!" yelled Katsuki.

Tori looked at the commotion with amusement, while Izuku was mortified that Katsuki was getting teased and thought UA is confusing.

Momo covers her mouth and comments, "What a vulgar conversation."

"Yeah, but it's kind of fun listening to them fight" said Ochaco while smiling.

Aizawa then turns to the commotion and says, "We're here. Stop messing around."

"Yes sir!" said the whole class except Katsuki said "Whatever."

TIMESKIP

"Hello everyone, I've been waiting for you" said a person in a white astronaut-like suit.

Everyone got excited that they are meeting another pro hero.

With his knowledge, Izuku identified who she is (A/N: from what I know it's confirmed that thirteen's a woman).

"It's the Space Hero: Thirteen, the chivalrous pro who's rescued a ton of people from disasters across the world!" said Izuku with excitment.

"Wohoo! Thirteen is one of my favorite heroes!" said Ochaco while jumping up and down.

"I can't wait to show you what's inside" said Thirteen.

"Looking forward to working with you!" said everyone.

Soon, everyone has entered the facility, and everyone is in awe with the sight.

"Wow! It looks like Universal Studios Japan!" said Ejiro with amazement.

"A shipwreck, a landslide, a fire, a windstorm, etcetera. I created this training facility to prepare you to deal with different types of disasters. I call it the Unforeseen Simulation Joint, but you can call it USJ!" announced Thirteen with pride.

Just like the Universal Studios Japan, everyone thought.

Then Aizawa approached Thirteen, "Thirteen, where is All Might? He was supposed to meet us here?"

Thirteen lowers her voice, making sure no one hear her, but with Tori's Falcon hearing she heard it all.

Thirteen slightly shows three fingers and explained, "About that... It looks like he did too much hero work on his way to work and ran out of time, so he's resting in the teacher's lounge."

Really All Might? He should leave some of the other hero work to the other pros, because he needs to focus his time on his students, especially Midoriya, thought Tori while sighing.

"That man is the height of irresponsibility" said Aizawa then thought "Well, we should be okay with just the two of us."

"The clock's ticking, we should get started" said Aizawa.

"Excellent, before we begin let me just say one thing, well maybe two things, possibly three, four, or five" said Thirteen as she was trailing off.

The class get gloomy and all of them have the same thought, "It's increasing!"

"Listen carefully, I'm sure you're aware that I have a powerful quirk. It's called Black Hole, I can use it to suck up anything and turn it into dust" said Thirteen.

"Yeah, you've used Black Hole to save people from all kinds of disasters before haven't you?" said Izuku.

"That's true" confirmed Thirteen then she continued "But my quirk could also very easily be used to kill." Everyone is a bit shocked.

"Some of you also have powers that can be dangerous, in our superhuman society all quirks are certified and stringently regulated so we often overlook how unsafe it can actually be. Please don't forget that if you lose focus or make the wrong move, your powers can be deadly, even if you're trying to do something virtuous like rescue someone. Thanks to Aizawa's Fitness tests you have a solid idea of your quirk's potential, and because of All Might's combat training you likely experienced how dangerous your powers can be when used against other people. Carry those learn how to use your quirks to save people's live. You won't be using your powers to attack enemies or each other, only to help. After all that's what being a hero is all about, ensuring the safety of others."

Thirteen finished her speech, Tori thought "I think I can do it, with my sight and strength, I will rescue many" and she smiled.

Thirteen bowed and said, "That's all I have to say, thank you so much for listening."

Everyone cheered for her and also clapped after listening to her long, yet inspiring speech.

"Right, now that that's over-" as Aizawa was talking, the lights all of sudden glitched and shut off, then the fountain started acting out.

Suddenly, a black portal opened, and many people came out. Aizawa turned around in shock that so many intruders have broken in.

"Stay together and don't move! Thirteen protect the students!" ordered Aizawa.

"Woah, what is that thing?" asked Ejiro and then he asked another question, "Wait has the training started already? I thought we were rescuing people."

"Stay back! This is real, those are villains" said Aizawa.

"Villains? How, there's no way, unless..." wondered Tori.

Tori narrating: "We thought we were going to be practicing saving other people's lives that day, but when they appeared... We realized we were the ones in danger."
