After the defeat of Nomu, All Might, thinks "Time's up. Gotta end this fast," then he turns to the last two villains standing, "You've been bested, villains. Surrender. We all want to get this over with quickly."

"No... He beat me. He's not any weaker at all. And look what he did to my Nomu. He cheated!" thought Shigaraki.

Now in the Mountain Zone, Denki has been taken hostage by a villain who wore mask that resembled a skull, and he seemed to be unaffected by Denki's quirk.

The villain orders, "Get your hands up," then adds, as he threatens, "And no Quirks, got it? Use your powers, and I'll kill your friend here."

"Kaminari's helpless," muttered Momo.

"Damn villain. He totally caught us with our pants down. I thought that electric blast would've fried them all. We're so stupid. How did we not see this coming?" says Kyoka.

"I feel a little brotherhood with other electric types, so I don't want to kill him," claimed the villain.

He revealed his quirk to validate it.

Though he added, "But I will if you make me," lowly.

Both Momo and Kyoka raised their hands reluctantly as they didn't want to bring harm to their classmate.

"An electric type. He's probably the one Todoroki said was jamming our communications," theorized Momo.

The villain says, "Don't move a muscle. Let's take this nice and slow," just as he was about to walk away.

"Y'know, you two dudes are so lucky. People with electric type Quirks are destined for mainstream success," 'complimented' Kyoka.

The villain stops, "Huh?" confused.

Momo whispers to her, "What are you doing?"

Ignoring her question, Kyoka continues, "I mean, even if you didn't wanna be a hero, there are tons of jobs you could do in the city, right? Your kinda Quirk is in high demand."

Momo notices one her earphone jacks are going down to her boots, and she catches onto her plan.

"So, I'm wondering... Why would you become a villain in the first place?" asks Kyoka.

"I see. Jiro can attack without moving if she can manage to get her earphone jack plugged in," thinks Momo as she realizes what her classmate was planning.

"You don't have to answer. I just thought it might be interesting to know," says Kyoka.

However, the villain takes notice of her plan and lets off a small electric discharge right next to Denki's face, "Nice try. Think you can distract me that easily?" asks the villain tauntingly.

Kyoka grits her teeth as she has been caught and her plan was foiled and she brings her earphone jack back.

"Big mistake, sweetheart. I'm not some dumb thug who can be outsmarted by a couple of kids. You need to learn to take hostage situations seriously. So here's the new deal. Either this idiot's going to die, or you are. How about that?" threatens the villain.

He moves closer to the students, "You can save either his life... or your own. Now. What's it gonna be, girlies?"

DOWN AT THE PLAZA

Back at the plaza, the leader was scratching his neck feverishly as he thought, "Oh, come on. What's going on here? He's just as strong as he's always been. Dammit. Don't tell me I was lied to."

"What's wrong?" taunts All Might," Not attacking me? Didn't you say you were going to clear this level earlier?" he then gives them an intimidating look, "Well, come and get me, if you dare."

Shigaraki slightly wavered from All Might's stare.

"Man, this is... intense," muttered Katsuki.

"As I expected. There's no reason for us to fight now. He'll handle this," said Shoto.

"Come on, Midoriya, Tsubasa. We should regroup with the other guys. The last thing we wanna do is get taken hostage or get in his way," says Ejiro.

Tori thought, dreadfully, "All Might's out of time. He is only bluffing. The others may not see it, but the steam that's coming from him, means that he's about to transform. I think if he does one more move, he'll be finished." Not knowing that Izuku had the same thought, and their suspicions couldn't be further from the truth.

"Crap. I can't fight them. That Nomu guy took too much out of me. I'm pretty sure that if I make one more move, I'll be forced to go back to my weak form. I can't keep this up much longer. I just have to stall until they get here," thought All Might.

"What? Are you scared?" questions All Might.

"They're hesitating. Maybe this'll work. They're so close to surrendering, or at least running away," thinks All Might.

The leader was now panicking, as Kurogiri narrows his eyes.

"If only Nomu was here he'd rush you right now. Pound you into the ground without giving it a second thought," says Tomura as his scratching intensifies.

Kurogiri, in attempt to calm him, "Tomura Shigaraki! Please, do not fret. Look at him. He has definitely weakened. Nomu's attacks were successful. He's on his own. The children appear to be frozen in fear. And look, our underlings are recovering. We likely still have a few minutes before their reinforcements arrive. If you and I work together, we can do this. We haven't missed our chance to kill All Might."

Tomura stops scratching and lowers his hands, his worries was now gone, "Yeah. Yeah, you're right. This is it. We have no choice. We have to do it now. I mean, the big end‐boss is right here."

The villains around them were now getting back up and the students turned to them, but Izuku was still staring at All Might as Tori was looking back at forth at them, not knowing who she will help.

Ejiro hardens his arms and says, "I think All Might can hold his own against those two main guys. Let's make sure these dudes don't hurt anybody else."

"Will you be joining us?" asks Shoto as he looks Izuku and Tori.

"We're the only ones who know the truth. It is unlikely that All Might will be able to move at all. He has gone way past his limit and if the villains toy with him, then he'll be done for," thought Tori grimly.

Then Tomura rushes at All Might, "So, this it..." thought the hero.

"Consider this revenge for what you did to Nomu!" yells Tomura.

"Holy shit! This is bad!" though All Might as he clenches his fist, as Kurogiri went towards All Might as well, "Where is everyone? I need... backup!" screamed All Might in is head as the two villains drew closer.

Without a second thought, Izuku uses his quirk and leaps towards All Might. Tori sees it and shouts, "ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! AGAIN?!"

"I'm the only one who knows how much trouble he's in! I controlled it earlier, but my legs still broke this time. It's okay, though. I made it. I can hit the part of his body that's hidden. I can end this now!" thought Izuku as he aims his fist at the neck armor that the fog villain is wearing.

"Don't you touch All Might. You stupid villain!" shouted Izuku.

Tori's eyes widen when she sees one of the leader's hand going through a portal and realizes that Izuku is going to get crumbled, "NO!" and she flies as fast as she can to get her classmate out of the way.

"I won't fall for that again!" said the warp villain. Two hands were now reaching for the green-haired boy. One who's intent to kill, while the other wants to save.

Suddenly, a bullet pierces through the evil hand. While heroic one grabbed onto Izuku and shielded him with her wings as they both landed roughly.

"They're here!" says All Might, relieved, as he looks at the entrance.

NOW AT THE ENTRANCE

Back at the entrance, a cowboy-themed hero, who was the one that fired the first shot, redirects his aim and shoots two more times. The bullets pierced the skull-masked villain in the shoulders, forcing him to drop Denki and saving Momo and Kyoka.

"What the crap just happened?" asked Kyoka.

"Is it them?" asked Momo hopefully.

"Sorry, everyone! I know we're a bit late. But I got the teachers over here as fast as I could," apologized Nezu as he sat on the shoulders of another teacher who wore a red bodysuit.

"It's Iida," says Ochaco as she tears up.

"Your class rep has returned. I've fulfilled my duty. And I've brought reinforcements!" announced Tenya as he stood beside the teachers that came.

A group of villains attempt to fight back, one of them fired his quirk, while some of them went up the stairs in attempt to face off the heroes. But those attempts were futile as Present Mic steps forward, closer to the edge and he repels them with an intense wave of paralyzing sound, produced from his voice alone.

As the villains were reeling in pain, some of them were knocked down by the previous attack, a tan, long-coat worn hero exhales an ectoplasm substance, creating an army of clones of himself. Those clones beat the remaining villains back down the stairs.

Nezu instructs the rest of the teachers, while sitting on someone else's shoulders, "Our priority is to protect all of our students!"

"Yes sir!" obliged the teachers and they all marched off.

Back down at the Plaza, Shigaraki can be seen clutching his injured arm as he retreats back to his companion, "Aw man... The Pros are here. It's game over for real. Let's go home and try this when we-" his sentence was interrupted as a few more bullets pierced his flesh. It was the cowboy-themed hero who just now shot him in both of his legs and arms.

"We need someone who can capture 'em from a distance," says the hero.

"I'm on it!" says Thirteen as she lifts up her hand and uses her quirk.

"Let's go!" says Kurogiri as they were about to escape, until he feels a pull, "This is..." as he turns to see Thirteen up, "Blackhole!" as she was propped up by Sero.

Taking the chance, Kurogiri is warping himself and Tomura away, as they were escaping Shigaraki spoke, "I may have failed to kill you this time, but your days are numbered. All Might. Symbol of Peace. I am going to kill you."

After declaring his final threat and promise, they both vanished.

Tori narrating: "That day, we learned what pros could do. And what they fight against... to keep us all safe. It was a revelation we weren't prepared for. But somehow, we survived."

"I couldn't do it. I wasn't able to help you," said Midoriya as Tori was getting off of him and unwraps her wings around them.

"That's absolutely not true," denies All Might, the two look up to see him stuck in between his skinny and his muscle form.

"You bought me a few vital seconds. If not for that, I'd be dead now. Young Midoriya. You've saved me once again," thanked All Might.

"Thank you... All Might. I'm just... so glad that you're okay!" says Midoriya as tears flowed down his face.

"Ahem," coughs Tori while deadpanning.

"Huh?" wonders Izuku and he turns to her, only to see her deadpan look.

"We need to have a serious talk about your 'saving' attempts, you've got to stop jumping in like that if this power keeps hurting you," says Tori.

"Y-yeah, you're right, Tsubasa," agrees Izuku quietly.

Meanwhile, back up the stairs, the teachers were talking amongst themselves.

"Well, my, my, my. I can't believe we let them escape, after everything they did here," commented the cowboy hero.

"They did catch us completely by surprise. For now, we need to make sure all the students are okay," says the principal.

As the teachers commenting, back at the Plaza, Shoto theorizes, "If all the pro teachers are gathered here, it must mean the rest of the school's safe. The villains attacked this facility, but not the rest of the campus."

Then Ejiro started running towards the two, well three if you count All Might.

"Midoriya, Tsubasa, hey!" yells Ejiro as he runs.

"Sorry, I can't get up..." apologizes Izuku.

"What! Are you okay?" asked Ejiro in concern.

"You idiot!" whisper-yelled Tori, slightly annoyed, knowing that her classmate would find out All Might's secret.

"Ah, Kirishima. I'm glad to see that he's looking out for his friend," praised All Might.

But then realization struck him, and he panics, "Oh, crap, wait! If he comes over here, he's gonna learn my secret. Not good!"

The other two look at each other, then at All Might, then at their concerned classmate.

Not knowing what to do they both spoke at the same time, their voices overlapping one over the other.

"Kirishima wait--" says Izuku as he tries to stop him, while Tori yells, "Wait, wait, wait, we're fine!"

Then, all of a sudden, a wall forms right in front of Ejiro, stopping him in his tracks. He looks to see that it was made by another hero, but he was cement based.

"For your safety, please stay back, young man. Join your classmates at the front gate. Leave the injured to us, we can take care of them," the hero informs.

"Oh, gotcha. I'm on it!" says Ejiro then he turns to Katsuki and Shoto, "Hey! He said for all of us to head to the entrance!"

All Might and the two students who were near him, all sighed in relief.

The Number One turns to the cement hero and thanks him, "Thanks. You saved me, Cementoss."

"My pleasure, I'm actually a big fan of yours," says Cementoss, while smiling.

CEMENTOSS! HIS QUIRK: CEMENT! HE CAN CONTROL ANY CONCRETE HE TOUCHES AS IF IT WERE CLAY! HE'S A BEAST TO BE RECKONED WITH IN MODERN METROPOLITAN AREAS!

"We should sneak you out of here and get you both to the nurse's office. Seriously, All Might. That could've been really bad," says Cementoss.

"I had to act recklessly, or else I'd be dead now," All Might defends, and he wipes off some blood, "Just goes to show how strong those villains were."

Meanwhile, in an unknown location, Kurogiri warped himself and an injured Tomura in an isolated bar that so happens to be their base.

Tomura listed all of the things that went wrong, "Ow... Shot in both arms and legs. All those underlings wiped out. Even Nomu was beaten. We failed. Those kids were so strong," he growls in anger, "And the Symbol of Peace wasn't weakened at all," then he looks at the TV screen that was across from him, "You were wrong, Master. So wrong!"

"No, I wasn't. We just weren't as prepared as we should've been," denies a voice that came from the screen.

Then another voice spoke, "I agree. We underestimated them. Thankfully, we failed under that cheap 'League of Villains' name and not our own," then the same voice inquires, "And what about the creature the Master and I created? Where is Nomu?"

"Yes, why is he not with you?" asked 'Master'.

"He was blown away," answered Kurogiri.

"What?!" shouted the other voice, slightly enraged with the fact they lost his creation.

Kurogiri explains, "It was All Might's doing. Without coordinates to his precise location, I couldn't use my warp to bring him with us. We didn't have any time to search for him."

"This is a travesty! And after all we did to make him as powerful as All Might," says the other man, disappointed that he may have done all that work for nothing.

"Well, I suppose it can't be helped. Unfortunately," says the 'Master', also slightly disappointed.

"Power... That reminds me. There was a kid there who tried to protect All Might. He was just as fast as him," mentions Tomura.

"Oh?" inquires 'Master', intrigued.

Then Tomura adds on, "There was also another, she was fast too. Managed to get him quickly before I could turn the other to dust," then he starts scratching the floor, in anger, "If they hadn't gotten in our way, we might have killed the Symbol of Peace. Those brats... Those brats!"

"Naturally, you're upset. But this was not a futile mission. We've learned many things. Gather the villainous elite. Take all the time you need. I must remain hidden in the shadows, which is why I need you to be my face. A symbol of your own. Tomura Shigaraki. Next time, you will show the world that it should be afraid of you," assured the 'Master'.

Now, outside of the USJ, all of the students, minus Izuku, are gathered together as the police are rounding up and arresting the remaining villains.

One of the detectives counted the number of students, "16, 17, 18, 19, 20. Everyone seems to be unharmed except for that boy whose legs were all messed up."

Tori could only think sarcastically, "Jeez, I wonder why..."

Meanwhile Toru commented to Ojiro, "I heard you were a really good fighter. I had no idea you were so strong!"

"I didn't know I was the only one on my own. I survived using hit‐and‐run tactics," says Ojiro then he asks, "So where did you end up fighting, Hagakure?"

She answered as she pointed at Shoto, "The landslide zone! You wouldn't believe how strong Todoroki was. He's amazing!"

"You don't say! Well, I'm just glad you didn't get hurt," said Ojiro.

"I didn't even know she was there. I could've frozen her," thought Shoto, as he had no idea that she was near him.

Then Yuga asks, while posing, "Aren't you wondering about moi? Where was my sparkling light?" as he faced one of the groups of his classmates, Ejiro, Denki, Koji, and Fumikage, but they all ignored him.

"Interesting. So, the people you fought were also low‐level thugs," inquires Fumikage.

"Yeah, they messed with the wrong kids, huh?" answered Ejiro as he smacks his fist into his palm.

Yuga poses to another group, Mezo, Hanta, and Rikido, "Did you miss me?" but they ignore him too.

"So, All Might put that hole in the dome after all," says Hanta.

"I figured. That took some hardcore power," agreed Rikido.

Mezo comments, "Yeah, it was crazy."

Growing desperate, Yuga turns to Tsuyu and Tori, "Where do you think I was?"

Tsuyu asked, "Um, where?"

He turns to you, yes you, while twinkling, "It's a secret!" and Tori could only sweat drop at his antics and think, "What are you looking at?"

Then the detective orders his coworkers, "Let's go ahead and get these students back to the main campus. They've been through a lot. We don't need to question them right away."

But he was stopped by Tsuyu as she hopped over to him, "Detective. What about Mr. Aizawa?" she asked, worried about her teacher, this made Tori perk up.

The detective pulled out his phone and played a recording that revealed Aizawa's condition.

"The bones in his arms are splintered and he's got facial fracturing. Fortunately, there doesn't seem to be any serious brain damage. But his orbital floor has been almost completely destroyed. We have no way of knowing if his eyesight will be impaired once he's healed up," said a member of the paramedics.

"Well, you heard the man," said the detective.

"Ribbit..." ribbits Tsuyu, sadly.

"Not his eyes!" says Minoru.

Then Mina asks, "Um, sir, what about Thirteen?"

"There's no need to worry there. Despite some pretty bad lacerations to the back, Thirteen is gonna pull through, good as new," answered the detective which then the students sigh in relief and he also adds, "And All Might is also without any serious injuries. He's in the nurse's office right now. Recovery Girl's power should be all the treatment he needs."

Then Ochaco asks, "What about Deku?!"

Iida also asks, "How's Midoriya?!"

"Midori‐‐ Ah, Recovery Girl is taking care of him, too. He's fine," answered the detective as he faced the students who asked about their friend which they are relieved to hear that he is fine.

"Now, let's get you back to class," he says as he faces the rest of the class.

All of class 1-A say, "Okay!"

Then the detective turns to his coworker who seem to have a cat-like quirk and he says, "Sansa. I still have some business in the nurse's office. I'll leave this to you, 'kay?"

The cat, er, officer, salutes and says, "Yes, sir!"

Ochaco says in awe, "It's a cat."

Mina said, "Not a dog, huh?"

"It won't attack me, right?" asked Tori, worried if he has cat-like tendencies, knowing that cats and birds don't do well together.

Katsuki, however, was in his mind, thinking about Izuku's power, "Tch," then his train of thought got interrupted by Ejiro.

"C'mon, man, we're goin' back to class now," said Ejiro.

"Yeah, yeah, I heard him, ya idiot," insulted Katsuki.

Meanwhile, the teachers are inside, discussing amongst themselves.

"We need security improvements. Perhaps an entire system overhaul," says the Principal.

"Agreed," says a teacher.

"Warp Quirks are very rare, and can completely change the course of a battle. It's frightening to know that a villain has such a power," another teacher mulls over.

Then with the detective, another office approached him, "Tsukauchi, sir!" and the detective turns.

"Someone thought to be involved in this attack was just apprehended in a wooded area nearby," claimed the officer.

His eyes widen and he demands, "Report."

"He has no apparent injuries and seems to be complying with officer commands, for now. He hasn't said a word, though. We're not sure if he can speak," the officer reports.

The detective ponders for a moment, then sees the pro-teachers and the principal exit the USJ. He approaches the principal as he takes off his hat, "Principal! I'd like to investigate every inch of the school, just to be safe."

"Of course, please do! You'll have full access to the campus. We definitely need your assistance on this matter. I don't care who makes a fuss. You have my blessing," said the principal.

The detective nods and he put his hat back on and ordered the officers, "Teams. Proceed as planned."

Soon enough, everyone gets escorted back to the main campus and Tori managed to sneak to the nurse's office.

She was able to overhear Recovery Girl, "Well, I guess I won't scold you for him being back here since it wasn't your fault."

Tori then walks in, "But he can't keep jumping in like that because I can't keep saving him every time."

Izuku and All Might freaked out for a second, the older spat out some blood, then they realized it was just her, she slightly laughs at their reaction.

"Oh, Tsubasa, how are you young lady?" asked Recovery Girl.

"I'm good, thank you grandma," smiled Tori.

"Grandma?" wondered All Might and Izuku as they were confused by the title given by the student to the elder nurse.

"Anyways, you were about to say something All Might," said Tori.

He nods and says, "I can't be sure yet. But I think I shortened my time limit again with that fight," and he adds, "I can't be sure yet. But I think I shortened my time limit again with that fight."

"I'm so sorry," apologizes Izuku, then Tori asks, "Why do you always apologize for things that is not your fault?"

"Young Tsubasa's right. These things happen," says All Might as he sits up.

Then they hear the door open, Tori turns to see that it was the detective from earlier, "Excuse me," he says to Recovery Girl as he took off his hat, then he approaches to the hero, "Hi, All Might. Been a while."

All Might spat out blood, "What the hell? I didn't know that you were investigating."

"Whoa, All Might! It's okay he's seeing you like this?" asked Izuku, then he feels a tap on his arm, he looks to see Tori.

"Don't you know who that is? That's Detective Naomasa Tsukauchi, he's known to solve cases in record time thanks to his quirk," said Tori.

"Huh, didn't think a hero student would know that," said Naomasa as he smiled.

"Well, I think that learning about other people, and not just heroes..." as she eyed Izuku, "I think it's important to know other occupations who work alongside with the heroes."

All Might smiles, and then says, "Anyways, this guy's all right. Naomasa Tsukauchi, my best friend on the police force. He's legit. I trust him."

"I think the introduction was enough from the kid," chuckled the detective.

Then he approaches them, "Sorry to cut to the chase, but we could really use any information you might have."

But All Might interupted, "Hold on. Before all that. Tell me all the students are okay. And Aizawa‐‐ er, Eraser Head, And Thirteen."

"Not counting this boy, the only student injuries were scrapes. And both of the teachers are in stable condition right now. Relax," answers Naomasa and the three sigh in relief.

"That's good to hear," said All Might in relief.

"If you heroes hadn't risked your lives, the students would never have made it. You three saved that entire class of kids today," praised the detective.

"You're not seein' the whole picture, Tsukauchi. Those students also risked their lives. They fought as hard as us," said All Might.

Tori's eyes widen as Izuku said quietly, "Thank you, All Might."

Then All Might spoke, "I don't think there's ever been a group of first years who experienced a real fight like this so early in their training. They not only survived, they learned what it means to be a pro," he smiles and adds, "Those villains made a mistake attacking them. This class is strong. They're filled with courage and drive. Mark my words. They'll become great heroes."

He then gives the two students a thumbs up and they smiled. Tori then brought up a fist to Izuku and gave him a big smile, "What do you say? We become the greatest heroes and kick those villain's butts together?"

Izuku returns the smile, with his enthusiastic grin, and fist bumps her and answers, "Yeah, let's do it."

(STOP PLAYING OST HERE)

Later that night, Izuku was finally released from the nurse's office, as his wounds were now fully healed and his legs are functional.

"Goodnight! Thanks so much for your help!" thanks Izuku gratefully.

"My pleasure. Be careful on your way home," advises Recovery Girl.

"Yes, ma'am," answered Izuku.

Tori pops her head in and says, "Take care grandma!"

Then she turns to Izuku, "How are you feeling right now?" she asked.

"Better, let's go," answered Izuku and they walked away from the infirmary.

Tori narrating: "We had no way of knowing, but the League of Villains' attack on the USJ was just the beginning. A bigger incident was on the horizon."

The two make it to the entrance and they see Tenya and Ochaco waiting for them.

"Deku! Tsubasa! You're here!" said Ochaco, happy that she gets to walk home with her classmates.

They both smiled and went to them, and they all start walking away from the school.

Tori narrating: "We were just happy to be alive. To have shown that we had the potential to be real heroes. But the worst was yet to come."

Elsewhere, an unknown silhouette is standing on a rooftop and stares down at the city below.
