Marinette's pov:

I blushed at what he said . I pouted at him and he blushed as well, mumbled "cute" and grabbed a pancake. We ate in silence until he looked at me with pleading eyes. I sighed and tapped the space beside me, he got up and sat at my side. I showed him what was on my phone.

- Those are police reports. They are from 20 years ago. I thought that maybe I could find......

- Mine ?- He looked at me with sad eyes and smile.- You want to know what happened to me, aren't you ?- Even his voice was sad. I didn't wanted to bring his bad memories back but I didn't wanted to lie either.

- Chat, I.....- Before I could explain anything to him, my phone rang. I answered it and he took the dishes, probably to wash them.

- Yes, who is it ?

- Your boss. I wanted to know if your done with moving to your apartment, yet?

- Then you can bring the new designs that I asked for, last week.

- Of course. They are ready. When do you want to see them?

- In an hour. I'll pick from yours or two others newbie's designs. I need them for the meeting that is in two hours. So fast.
