Nera is outgoing, cunning and intelligent. Her street smarts have kept her under the radar and out of the hands of authorities for 5 years. Though despite her vilianous life, Nera has been known to be a kind, caring and supportive person who has quite the passion for romance if with the right person.

Quirk Name: Siren/Whip of Flames

Quirk Description:
Nera has a split Quirk, her mother's Quirk was that similar to a siren, a melody that can lure any poor soul into a false sense of security. Her father's Quirk was the ability to create and use a whip made of fire.

Nera's Quirk was a combination of both. She has the ability to lure people into a false sense of security as well as utilise two fiery whips created by her own hands. Her siren like ability can only last a few minutes at a time as that was all she was able to train her voice to do. She can hold the form of the firery whips for a total of two hours at a time though excessive long use will weaken the heat of the flame and shorten the length of the whip for several weeks.

Weakness: Long term use of her quirks will degrade her quirks the only way she can regain her full strength of her quirks is to refrain or minimise use for a period of 2 weeks.

Strength: She has strong relationships with the league more specifically Dabi due to the common ground of their uses of fire.

Backstory:
Nera's parents passed when she was young. Both her parents had been pro heroes before she was born but had gone into temporary retirement, waiting to return once Nera was 18. In the meantime her father was an entertainer in a circus, using his Quirk to entertain the crowds. Her mother often helped with the shows to bring in more people.

Oneday while performing there was an accident involving both her father and her mother. At the time she was sixteen, so she ended up on her own. She blamed heroes for her parents death as they arrived to the accident too late to help them.

Due to her hatred towards heroes she refused to seek out her fathers close friend and colleague Shota Aizawa. She wanted nothing to do with any heroes even though she could have been set on the right path just by finding him.

Because of her hatred for heroes and her homelessness she took to a life of crime. Meeting the league at the age of 20 and joining them to assist Shigaraki in his plans. Dabi kept an eye on her for the most part, a brotherly/sisterly bond forming a strong between them.

Because of her affiliation with the league she met Hawks shortly after her 21st birthday. She had created a name for herself through her crimes of the past 5 years. Though she could never have imagined falling for the number two hero.
