Chapter VI
Logan POV
"This onesie is getting a bit tight..." I mumbled, putting it on since it's really comfy. I only had it off because I had to do something, important.
I just got it though... maybe my secret admirer just got a size too small. That doesn't explain it slowly becoming tighter.
I just ignored it, managing to completely put it on. I walked out of my room, off into the rest of the house.
Virgil and Roman were nowhere to be seen, just Patton. He was still in the kitchen, not cooking anything, though.
He looked up and grinned. "That onesie is a bit tight, hm?"
"Yeah, my secret admirer got a size too small, I think. It's not a problem though. It's not too tight, just enough to be comfortable."
"I mean, they could've gotten a size too small... but, it could also be another reason?" Patton suggested.
I frowned. "What other reasons are there? Unless the onesie is shrinking, somehow."
"Well, maybe, it was the correct size. Then, you got bigger?"
I raised an eyebrow. "Bigger? How so?"
"Y'know, just, bigger." He glanced down at my stomach. "Which, isn't a bad thing. Just, pointing it out."
He noticed, and even said it wasn't a bad thing... that, does make a lot of sense though. Surprised I didn't think of that before I talked to that.
I nodded. "Maybe." I wasn't ready to, actually admit it to him. "Probably just some, water weight mixed with it being small."
He shrugged. "Mhm, sure."
I moved past him to the fridge, since my closet stash had ran dry, and I was hungry.
"If you're hungry, I can cook something." Patton offered. Before I could accept, my stomach responded with a hungry growl.
He laughed slightly. "Is that a yes?"
I felt my face heat up as I slowly nodded. I closed the fridge, stepping away.
I stood off to the side, watching him do the magic that was cooking.
As I watched, it suddenly started to get colder. Somebody turned on the A/C or something. It didn't seem to affect Patton, while I was actually shivering.
Patton noticed me shivering. "Hey, what's wrong?"
"It's cold." I responded. "You seem immune to it, though. Somehow."
"I'm in the kitchen, right by the oven. I'm also just, a really warm person. If you come over here, you'll probably be warm."
"Maybe." I walked over to him, right beside the stove. It sort of helped, but not completely.
He seemed to notice that I was still shivering. So his solution, was to hug me and bury his face into the front of my onesie.
"Patton-" I started, confused. I thought it was to make me, not cold, but it barely did anything.
He looked up at me. "I lied, I'm cold and hugging you is warm."
"Oh..." I mumbled. "Don't you have to, uh, do other things, though? Or you could just turn off the A/C?" I suggested.
"Maybe. I don't have to tend to the food for a few minutes though... and you're really warm."
I sighed. "If I'm going to be your source of warmth, do we have to be standing up?"
"It's better for hugging." He replied before whatever he was cooking with beeped. He frowned and let go, going back to the food.

Roman POV
"I'm sorry about how the date went..." I put my head on Virgil's shoulder.
"It's fine, you can't control anyone else." He mumbled. He was obviously thinking about something, but not expressing them out loud.
I sighed. "Want a piece of cake? I brought you one." I got the plate off of the end table and handed it to him. It was pretty big, but, duh. He eats a lot.
He smiled. "I'm still a bit full from the buffet..." He glanced down at his button-up shirt. "But, thanks Ro." He took the plate and stared to dig in.
I just watched in fascination. I had tried eating some at the buffet... got sort of carried away, but it was nice.
I snapped out of my thoughts at the sight of his button up. And then a series of ping sounds. All of the buttons had popped off.
His held back belly flopped out of the now destroyed restraint, landing on his lap.
His face turned crimson. "Oops-" He laughed nervously, still continuing to finish the cake.
I buried my face into his soft belly. "So soft... you're my pillow now."
He groaned. "Do I have to be? You snore. Very loudly. It wakes me up."
I rolled my eyes. "I do not. Your stomach growls like a dinosaur and wakes me up."
"Yeah, but you actually like my stomach growls. You said they're cute."
I grabbed a blanket and draped it over the rest of my body, closing my eyes. "Good night." I mumbled.
"You're not going to sleep with me as a pillow, Ro." He tried to push me off.
I didn't budge. "Good night." I repeated.
His stomach started to growl and rumble. I just smiled.
"I will pick you up and move you to the other side of the bed, and tuck you in myself." He 'threatened'. He really is not good at threats.
"Do it." I cuddled up more into my new pillow.
"Okay, I will." He actually managed to pick me up, after some struggle, and moved me to just beside him, under the actual blankets.
"Now good night." He smiled, turning over to his side, facing me.
"Huh." I mumbled. I didn't fight it, just snuggling up to him as we both fell asleep.
