When Antok led her into the infirmary (Y/n) saw the familiar form of Ulaz, only he wore his Marmoran medical uniform which looked a lot better on him. Ulaz had been busy restocking a few things in the cupboards when Antok came in, leading a petite human woman in behind him; at first he didn't recognize her until he got a better look at her face. Ulaz remembered seeing (Y/n) when she and her crew were brought to central command, he'd given her a quick medical scan before Haggar took her away.

"Ulaz, this is (Y/n). Kolivan wants her to have a full checkup." Antok said to get Ulaz' attention, gesturing to the young woman next to him.

"H-hey, it's been a while. I don't know if you remember me or not." (Y/n) shyly greeted the good doctor, hesitantly walking towards him.

"Yes it has, I remember you. I'm glad to see that you've been freed. Please, sit down." Ulaz replied politely before he helped (Y/n) get up on the examination table, making sure she was comfortable.

(Y/n) and Antok watched Ulaz gather some of his supplies from around the room, (Y/n) didn't mind Ulaz giving her a quick checkup. When he returned to the examination table Ulaz checked (Y/n's) eyes, her heartbeat, her throat, her ears and her reflexes to make sure everything was working correctly. Thankfully (Y/n) was mostly healthy despite how long she had been held captive; she was dirty and a little malnourished, but otherwise she was healthy. There was something else Ulaz had to check, although from his understanding about humans they always got shy about it even though it was in a medical context; honestly, he didn't understand why humans were so weird about their reproductive organs being examined yearly, he would have thought they would want potential issues to be detected before said possible issues got worse. (Y/n) was confused when Antok temporarily left the infirmary, she felt a little nervous because she didn't know what was going to happen next.

"Alright (Y/n), just lay back and relax." Ulaz said calmly when he approached the examination table, carefully holding his diagnostic scanner pad in his hands.

"Why? What are you going to do?" (Y/n) asked him nervously, feeling a little too chilly all of a sudden.

"I'm finishing your whole body checkup; I need to make sure every part of you is healthy." Ulaz informed the young woman, scrunching his nose up a little when she began to stink of fear.

"WHAT?!" (Y/n) asked him loudly when she finally realized what full body checkup; he was going to check every part of her, apparently.

"I need to make sure that you're healthy, it's nothing to be frightened of." Ulaz calmly assured (Y/n) in hopes of keeping her from having a panic attack.

"By what? Looking at my-my private parts?!" (Y/n) questioned firmly, hoping that he wasn't serious about checking the area between her legs.

"I assure you that it is necessary, I only need you to remove your shirt, bra and pull your pants down a little so that I can get a few proper scans with as little interference as possible. I won't actually be touching anything." Ulaz replied without much emotion since he didn't want her to overreact, but at the same time she needed to know that he wouldn't be actually touching anything since he didn't need to.

(Y/n) had to pull down her pants and underwear a little and remove her shirt and bra, knowing that she shouldn't feel embarrassed for having to receive a full body checkup; she couldn't help it, though, even though she also knew Ulaz was only concerned about her health. She tried not to blush, move or make any sounds as he checked her more intimate areas with his diagnostic scanner pad, thankfully he made sure to be quick so that he wouldn't make her feel even more uncomfortable. Ulaz remained professional throughout the entire process, he wasn't attracted to (Y/n) and he saw people's bodies all the time, so he naturally didn't think much of seeing her partially naked. He would add some notes to the medical file he would create for (Y/n), it would be important for future reference since he was her new primary physician. After (Y/n) was able to pull her underwear and pants up she put her old bra and shirt back on, although while she did so she was blushing.

"You have no infections or growths. From my understanding you're of child bearing age, is there anything else that I should know about?" Ulaz asked (Y/n) after he studied the images, not seeing anything wrong before looking at her.

"Y-yeah, I get a period for about seven days every month. I'm going to need aspirin and pads/tampons when I get it next." (Y/n) shyly told him, feeling a little less embarrassed after her checkup was officially finished; she felt a wave of relief flood through her since he didn't have to do an actual breast and pelvic exam on her.

"What is a 'period'?" Ulaz asked (Y/n) in confusion, quirking his right eyebrow a little; he honestly didn't know very much about the anatomy of human women since he'd only fully examined Shiro during their time in central command.

(Y/n) hesitantly told Ulaz what a period was and why she had it, explaining everything made her feel anxious but he needed to know as much as possible for future reference. Ulaz started adding the period symptoms onto the datapad that he was holding, as well as any other information she gave him about the monthly occurrence. He promised (Y/n) that someone would try to get pads/tampons for her as soon as possible, and she would be able to take the liquid painkiller he kept in stock. Once everything was said and done Ulaz let Antok come take (Y/n) to her new habsuite, that way he could put everything away. (Y/n) still felt awkward about Ulaz seeing her partially naked, although since he tried to make her as comfortable as he could she was grateful.
