This is again a personal reason for my dislike.

I personally like characters that don't get a significant other. And if they do, then not important to the plot.

Take Angelica Schuyler. She was in love with Hamilton and when she realized that someone else was in love with him, not just someone, her sister, she let him go. 

When Reyna was in love with Jason and when he came back, she realized that he was dating Piper, she stepped away.

This isn't why I don't like the ship but the characters. I think that if you don't have a significant other, you're more realistic.
