Alright. This is not hate on Annabeth or anything. This is straight up Percabeth.

They have nothing in common!

They're demigods, they're both wrongly looked up to, and they've both almost been killed multiple times.

Three things that aren't personality!

Percy is rowdy and loud.

Annabeth is calm and quiet.

You might say, "But opposites attract."

You know what opposites also do. Cancel each other out!

They're not meant to be!

Frank and Hazel. They're both giant teddy bears. They're the cutest and kindest people you'll meet.

Jason and Piper. They're calm and relaxed and they both stay at peace during fights.

Leo and Calypso. They work as a team to get things done. They didn't get along at first but they grew to respect each other. Leo's charisma attracted Calypso.

Nico and Will. They didn't seem like they'd be a good couple but Nico is actually a happy person. The humor that Will brings attracts Nico to Will.

I think I've proved my point. Percy and Annabeth don't share that bond. What even attracts Percy to Annabeth?
