Imagine being Joey's girlfriend for two years and Alan's younger sister, then surprising them suddenly while they are on tour.

(Kaydee's POV)

Today was the day it was going to happen.

The day that I had been waiting for one month.

It was finally here.

I just arrived in LA for my boyfriends concert and Caleb was supposed to be picking me up. I had talked to him the past week and set this up to surprise Joey and Alan, whom was asked to join Anthem Lights for this tour, and I was so excited cause today was mine and Joey's two year anniversary. I got off of the plane and strolled down the airport floors with my plain suitcase behind me. I finally made it outside and quickly spotted Caleb leaning against his car. He smiled when he saw me and opened the trunk as I got closer. He put my suitcase in while I sat in the passenger seat. He closed the trunk and slid into the driver side.

"So how was the flight?" He asked me. I nodded then responded. "It was good. The flight attendant was really sweet and it was actually a quiet ride" I couldn't help but smile as I looked at all of the tall buildings just wondering how long they took to be completed.

"Are you excited?" He asked again to break the silence. He looked over at me as I nodded eagerly. He just chuckled at my excitement. He was always like another big brother to me. Whenever Alan was off filming a movie and Joey and the other guys were busy, he'd always hang out with me, along with Kelsey of course.

"Well I'm glad your excited. I know Joey will be happy when he sees you. And Alan of course" it had been about four months since I'd seen my older brother. I really miss him and I can't wait to see his face when I walk in those doors. 

(The magical time skip of happiness(don't judge me))

We had finally arrived at the venue and I was shaking out of my boots. Yeah I was that excited. "Calm down Kaydee your shaking very violently" Caleb said laughing. I laughed slightly and he grabbed my hand and opened the door allowing me in first. I nodded a thank you and followed Caleb down the long hallway.

We stopped at the third door on the left which had a plastic star the had big, bold letters written on it, 'ANTHEM LIGHTS'. Well then I'm guessing that this is their dressing room. There was music coming from inside the room. Caleb then turned to me.

"Ok so just stay out here and come in when I say you can come in ok?" I simply nodded, then he opened the door, went inside, the left the door cracked so I could hear everything they said.

"Hey Caleb it's about time you got back, me and the guys were starting to get worried" I heard Chad say. I heard shuffling. "Yeah I had to go get something real quick". 'So I'm a thing now. Ok don't get offended it's just for the surprise'. 

"Oh you did? What did you get?" I heard Spencer ask. "A surprise" was all Caleb responded with. "Oh well what's the surprise?" I heard Joey ask.

"Well how about she comes in" I figured that was my cue and so I walked and and everyone turned to me. Joey and Alan both stopped playing the guitar and stared at me with shocked faces. "Surprise" I said while doing jazz hands. Both men got up and came to hug me. I kissed Joey on the cheek and hugged the life out of Alan (not really). "I really missed you pal" Alan whispered in my ear. "I missed you too big brother" I said barely above a whisper.

Suddenly a door opened and a guy came in. He looked about his early twenties. "It's time to go on stage" he said then left almost as quickly as he came.

(Time skip of love)

It was the last song of the night and I was just as giddy as when I had first arrived. They had just finished their original song Coming Home and for their last song they were doing another original. Joey then started talking. "So as most of you know I have a girlfriend" lots of cheers erupted from the crowd. 'Where is he going with this?" I wondered. "And today is our two year anniversary. For this next song I want her to come join us on stage" he finished then someone walked into the room and asked me to follow them to the stage. I slowly walked towards Joey with a skeptical look on my face. He just smile at me.

"This next song is called hide your love away" the music started playing then Joey started singing.
