All you heard was nothing. You walked up to the door and put your ear to it. Nothing. You walked back to Caleb and sat down next to him. You faced him.

"Caleb I'm scared. What if something bad happened down there and we'll never be able to get out and then we'll be stuck up here and then we'll die..." You were interrupted by Caleb putting his finger over your mouth.

"Calm down we'll get out of here. Don't worry" he said, then you nodded. He pulled his hand back, then stood up and walked to the window. You walked up next to him and saw the beautiful moonlight. The only other thing that can calm you down, besides Caleb. You turned your head in Caleb's direction and saw the moon's light hitting directly upon his perfect face. You couldn't help, but to stare. He seemed to have noticed because he soon turned to look at you. You immediately turned away as a warm feeling came upon your cheeks. You looked down out of the window until your head was turned by Caleb's finger. He looked you in the eye and said.

"Don't turn away. You look beautiful when you blush" he said which made you blush even more. He smiled at you. You smiled back. You both started to lean in. Your lips were about to be connected to his when all of the sudden the door opened and there stood the one person you didn't want to see quite yet.

"Charlie!" You yelled, mainly in frustration. You also saw the dude she was talking to earlier along with three other guys. Caleb sighed.

"Seriously guys. Are you kidding me" he said. The others just laughed.

"You should've heard your voices. 'Oh Caleb I'm scared. Hold me Caleb','Don't worry I'll protect you'" the guy standing to the far right said. Caleb sighed again.

Charlie walked up to you and put her arm around you.

"(Y/N) this is Joey" she pointed to the guy she was talking to earlier, "Spencer" then she pointed to the tallest one, "that's Alan" she pointed to the older looking guy, "and Chad" then she pointed to the guy who was on the far right, "and you obviously met Caleb" she finished. Then she started walking towards the door.

"Well we're going to leave you now, so you can continue" she said and walked out with the others. Then you looked back at Caleb who was looking at his shoes. You smiled, then lifted his head with your pointer and middle finger. He looked at you. Once he saw you smiling, he smiled as well. He put his arms around your waist, pulling you closer to him.

"(Y/N) is a beautiful name. It suits you" he said, then leaned in just like before. Except this time there were no interruptions. As your eyes shut your lips connected with his. It felt as if fireworks were exploding in your stomach. All of the sudden you heard cheering. You pulled away and looked out the window to see the others. You realized that they had been watching pretty much the entire time. You hid your face in Caleb's chest as heat rushed to your cheeks making them a pinkish red color. Caleb chuckled and pulled you closer resting his head on top of yours. You were glad that your friend forced you to come. Even though you fell in love at a haunted house, you were still happy.
