"Is wine or drinking beer permissible in Christianity or no?"
Sadly, this is a topic in the Bible that is often abused, misrepresented, or not totally understood. Most questions about the Bible can not be answered plainly yes or no because our God is complex with a lot of depth. A very abridged version would be technically you can, but you probably shouldn't. That is because there is no Bible verse that says explicitly that drinking is a sin.
Now, besides this though, the Bible has a lot of negative things to say about alcohol, and while drinking is not a sin, becoming drunk is a sin. The Bible says alcohol leads people to sin. It makes them ill. It gives people bad judgment. It's addicting. It's builds up lust in people. While, technically, you can drink and as long as you don't get drunk you aren't sinning, honestly, most Christians (at least Evangelical Protestants) never or rarely drink alcohol because there is just too much risk. There are a lot of organizations started by Christians to end alcohol addiction. In some places with high Christian populations, it is even illegal to sell alcoholic beverages. Also, many don't drink because the Bible never says when "drunk" specifically is. It's also hard to know when you will be drunk unless you've already gotten drunk. So it's better just never to drink.
Ephesians 5:18 - And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit;
Proverbs 20:1 - - Wine [is] a mocker, strong drink [is] raging: and whosoever is deceived thereby is not wise.
Proverbs 23:29-32 - Who hath woe? who hath sorrow? who hath contentions? who hath babbling? who hath wounds without cause? who hath redness of eyes? They that tarry long at the wine; they that go to seek mixed wine. Look not thou upon the wine when it is red, when it giveth his colour in the cup, when it moveth itself aright. At the last it biteth like a serpent, and stingeth like an adder.
The reason there is no specific law against alcohol, is because Christianity is more principle based than law based. The principle says that allowing anything but God to totally control you is a sin, such as drunkenness. This principle goes beyond alcohol and goes to thinks like drugs, cigarettes, food, and even hobbies. Nothing should totally control us but the Holy Spirit. Because of this, even thought the Bible never says, "Thou shalt not drink alcohol" or "Thou shalt not smoke marijuana" you'll find many Christians don't do those kinds of things. All the possible rules that would be good for Christians to follow could not possible be written down, there would be so many. So it is better to have a principle.
Obviously, there will always be those who try to take advantage of this no specific wording rule, but this rule skirting exists in all religions. And such Christians find that the problems they have with alcohol tend to be punishment in itself and sincerely regret it.

What has been the hardest thing in your walk with Christ?
The hardest thing in my walk with Christ has probably been pride. It's hard for me not to look at myself and think, "Wow look at all the great things I do," because honestly that isn't what it's about. It's about God and making sure I please Him. The world doesn't revolve around me, but Him.
Also, staying away from entertainment I shouldn't has always been very hard for me.
And that's all. There were very few questions as you can see. XD But it was fun to do anyway.
Anyway, thanks for reading, and I hope to see you all again next time! :D
