Yup it's a young boy that is a mechanic person. Which mean he built stuff. Mostly weapons or other stuff.

James is mostly mute. Which mean he can't speak like a normal person. What I mean is that, he has built a voice box that is attach around his neck. Which mean he has a robotic voice.
