Lucy's Pov, 

I woke up hearing my 8am alarm clock ringing in my ears. I groan sitting up rubbing my eyes as the ringing just got louder and louder. I slammed my hand hard onto the clock finally shutting it up. "Lucy, Juvia is hungry, can Lucy make Juvia pancakes?" I heard my best friends voice outside my bedroom door. "Alright be there in a second" I nearly shouted my reply before letting out a huge yawn. I got up checking the calendar to see me and Juvia both had work. At the moment we worked at a small cafe called 'Blue Moon Cafe'.

I got up grabbing my work uniform, I was half waiter and half cook as the old cook left and we still didn't have a new one. I was wearing a white top that had a open dark blue vest over the top, with this I had dark bottoms and soon put on my black sneakers before leaving my room. I saw Juvia wearing the same thing as me both as we was wearing our necklaces that hid under our tops. We wasn't meant to wear them at work but we could hide them under our shirts thank god. Me and Juvia both hated to take them off. 

I headed toward the kitchen area as Juvia was checking her bag. Juvia and I grew up together, she was the only one that I ever trusted. "Chocolate chip pancakes?" I asked as Juvia looked at me, her eyes giving off a childish glow of joy. I just laughed slightly seeing. "Juvia would love that Lucy" Juvia replied as she always talked in third person. Ever since we met she did that and I in honest truth loved it. It made her sound more smarter and interesting. I got the pancake mix and some chocolate chips from the cupboard as I started cooking some food.

We had an hour until work. While I was cooking I noticed Juvia looking through her bag again her eyes having some worry in them. "Juvia what is wrong?" I soon asked knowing how my best friend was. She didn't ever want to bother me and thought that her problems would annoy me when in truth I wanted to help her. "J-Juvia found out that Sol now knows where we are and work" Juvia soon answered as I heard the fear in her voice. Juvia was once in a small group in the orphanage called the Element Four.

It was a small group that picked on others, well Juvia was the one who was also picked on by the other three members. She was forced into the group because of her rare blue hair as they only called her 'water'. "They won't try anything and if they do I will do something" I spoke as Juvia looked at me shocked. I had been taking some classes on self-defence. Juvia soon smiled. "Thank you Lucy" Juvia soon spoke as not long after I finished making us both some pancakes. We ate and then washed up together before heading out to work.

While walking to work Juvia and I were seeing who could name the most songs. It wasn't a very long walk as the cafe was pretty close to our apartment. We got into the cafe and got the place ready to open. I got behind the till and made sure everything was in working order while Juvia opened up the door putting the sign in the window. There was some other works but Juvia and I always had alone morning sifts. Well until the weekend when we have long annoying late night ones. There was always parties going on near by at the weekend.

It wasn't long before people started to come in. Juvia was taking orders while I started making the drinks and food people had ordered. We really needed a new chef. "My, my is that Juvia I see?" I heard a french accent as I turned around to see Sol. Our childhood bully from the orphanage. Sol had green hair pointed upwards while also having a tiny pointy moustache. He was wearing a brown suit with a monocle over his right eyes as they was pure black.  When we was younger everyone called him 'Earth'.

I kept an eye on him as he sat down not far from me smirking. As the day went by he was there all day, watching me and Juvia very carefully. As Juvia started clearing the place up, I walked over to Sol. "Sorry we are closing you have to leave" I tried to say as polite as I could. Sol chuckled and stood up looking at me. He was taller than me so I looked up at him. "Can I speak with you and Juvia outside when you are done?" Sol asked using one of his hands to stroke a part of his moustache. 

"Only for a minuet" I mumbled as he chuckled again leaving the cafe. I took a deep breath picking up his empty coffee cup walking over to Juvia. "J-Juvia doesn't want to speak to him" Juvia whispered remembering the bad things in the past. "I wont let him hurt you Juvia" I replied as she then smiled at me. We finished clearing up before leaving to see Aria and Totomaru. The other members of the Element Four. Aria was 'Wind' and Totomaru was 'Fire'. Aria was wearing sunglasses covering his eyes along with a green hat covering his hair.

Aria was also wearing a green suit with a light blue scarf around his neck. Totomaru on the other hand had two-toned hair of black and white that was tied up into a Japanese-style top knot on the back of his head. Totomaru also had black eyes like Sol and was wearing a red suit. "What do you lot want?" I asked crossing my arms, Juvia hiding behind me. The three men all smirked confusing me as a purple seal from a video game showed up next to us. "What the?" I asked confused before me and Juvia were both pushed into the seal or whatever it was.

As we hit it everything went black. I couldn't hear or see anything.

What just happened?
