~Aaron's POV~

I grabbed my beautiful girlfriend's hand as we walked the boardwalk. She was wearing a lovely purple dress. The skirt went to her knees and was flowing in the salty wind. The top was strapless and was accented by a silver necklace with a purple jewel hanging from the chain.

I was wearing a red tank and some khaki shorts. On my feet I wore some brown sandals that are distressed and worn on the straps.

My guitar was slung over my shoulder and rested on my slightly sunburnt back. While Aphmau's ukulele was in small case which was held by her delicate hands.

I glanced at her blushing face. Her silky raven hair was blowing in the wind. Her smile shined as bright as the sun that was beating down on our skin. Her eyes showed pure peace and happiness.
I knew why she was so happy.

We decided that we would start walking along the boardwalk and street preforming for fun. This is the first we've done it. We even made it into a fun little challenge. Whoever makes the most cash after each performance wins.

Before we preform, we decided that we would take walks along the boardwalk until we find a perfect spot to preform. We walked in silence. Holding hands, we silently looked and our beautiful surroundings.

To our left was the beach. The white sand was shimmering from the bright sun. People laid on towels, hoping for a tan. Children were swimming and playing in the sand.

To our right were shops and restaurants. There were not that many people are over there. I guess most would rather spend time on the beach than shop.

Suddenly I heard a gasp escape from Aphmau's mouth. She wiggled her hand away from mine and started to jump up and down like a toddler.

"This is the perfect spot!" She squealed. She pointed to a little spot on the boardwalk where a bench sat. I smiled at her.

"Alright, let's do this." We walked to the bench and sat down, and laid down our instruments on the ground.

"You can go first." She blatantly said with a smirk. I could tell that she thought that, in the end, she would be victorious.

I smiled back evilly to show that I'm not scared. "Alright."

I picked up my black leather guitar case, and laid it on my lap. After opening the latches and taking out my guitar, I left the case open and sat it on the ground in front of me. I positioned the guitar on my lap and started to strum.

A couple walked up to us. They had a little girl who was wearing little pink overalls with a white t-shirt. She pulled on her mom's dress. The mother sighed in defeat and gave her a small amount of money.The little girl squealed with delight and ran to me, dropping the money in the guitar case.

I smiled at her to say 'Thanks'. The family stayed to watch.

Now a crowd of people surrounded us. Many had come up and dropped a few bucks in the case. I always smiled.

The audience applauded at my small performance. "Thank you!" I thanked while collecting the money. I counted every individual dollar and coin twice. I finally came to a conclusion.

" fifty-three dollars and twenty-five cents." I stated with pride. Her mouth gaped open with surprise. "Beat that Pheonix." I said, referring to her last name.

"Your on."
