Izaki started his turn by drawing then rode Skyptera. Aichi received one damage by the end of Izaki’s turn.

Aichi: If I don’t get a grade 2 this turn, the match will be as good as over!. Please!

Aichi: Yosh! Gallatin!  I ride Knight of silence Gallatin!

Aichi called Marron to the rear-guard and attacked Skyptera with Gallatin and Wingal. Then Izaki guarded with Ganlu.

Aichi : Drive trigger check.
Aichi got Flogal
Aichi: Ha!  I give the +5000 to Gallatin and then I stand Marro-
Aichi began to realize his mistake.

Izaki: Heh

Aichi: Oh no! If only I attacked with Marron first!

Aichi attacked with marron and Izaki guarded with the same unit.

Morikawa: Hehehehehe. I got another strong unit in my hand. Hehhehehe….Wait . AGH!! I still can’t
ride them!

Hime: Azami, you were saying?

Azami: M-Maybe I was wrong. He hasn’t changed at all.

Shin: Blightops is in Tachikaze clan, and Monica is in Kagero. You can’t axctivate the trigger effect unless it’s the same clan.

Kai: For someone who’s using a Hybrid deck, that should be a basic knowledge.

Izaki: I just made a small mistake that’s all! Next I attack Marron!

Aichi: I guard with Epona!...Hmm? He attackec first with his Vangurd then his rear-guard. It’s the same mistake that I made.

Izaki: I end my turn

Aichi: O_O, it’s not just me! Izaki’s nervous too!
Aichi started to draw.
Aichi: Enter the fray! Kneel before your King! I ride king of Knights Alfred!

Emi:Aichi!!

Kamui: Finally, that look is the bro I know!

Hime: He’s finally back.

Azami: You can stop grinning now.

Hime: I-I’m not grinning!

Aichi called Elaine, and Gallatin. And he attacked Izaki

Izaki: I guard with Tahr! Heh, how about that!

Aichi: >:)

Aichi: Next I attack with Alfred

Aichi: Twin drive!

By the end of turn Izaki received 3 damage
Izaki:Aichi was not like that a minute ago, what happened!?

Aichi;Izaki. I’m nervous too. But when I realized that you were nervous too, I finally settled down. Then it was a normal fun fight again!
Izaki: Fun?... Oh! That’s right, Vanguard fights should be fun!

Aichi: Yes!

Izaki: OK! Here I go!

Izaki called rear-guards and attacked Aichi. By the time Death rex attacked he got Tahr at the drive check.

By the end of turn, Aichi only received 3 damage.

Aichi: Marron and Flogal switch places, and then I call Gancelot!

Izaki blocked Aichi’s first attack. But when Alfred attacked-
Aichi: Twin drive! First!
He got Llew
Aichi:Second!
He got Epona

Izaki: Oh no!

And with that izaki lost.

Shin: And the winner is Aichi sendou!

Morikawa: I-I lost!? The best player!? LOST!? Maybe it’s because my horoscope said it was my unlucky day! Dang it!!!

Aichi stared at Morikawa and Misaki for awhile
Aichi: Even after the tournament misaki’s still the the same. Maybe she wasn’t nervous at all.
Suddenly Aichi saw Misaki, sighing from relief

Misaki: Phew…

Aichi: woah. She was also nervous.

Emi: Aichi! Congratulations!!

Aichi: Thanks Emi

Azami: Man, that was some wicked game Aichi! You almost gave me a heart attack!

Aichi: S-sorry!

Ayumi: Yah, that was nerve-wrecking

Kamui: Bro! Good job out there!

Hime: Aichi..congratulations.

Hime: G-guys, you can stop praising me now.

Then everyone laughed.
Kamui: Well it’s because you won!

Aichi: I-I guess.

Hime stared at the poster, where the manager was busy pairing the opponents. After a while, she felt Aichi’s presence.
Hime: If you win the next round, you’ll get to the finals. Then you’ll be able to fight Kai. That’s what you want right?

Hime: Heh, well I saw your motivation and you kept on staring at Kai.

Aichi: I-is that so.
Aichi turned red

Hime: Well, I’ll be cheering for you.
