All: She's been saying the same sentence for an hour now.

Misaki: You keep saying-no wait singing the same sentence over and over again...

Kai: Still, my ears can't take anymore

Kamui: Yo-You make Emi faint!!

Hime: Is my singing that bad?

Ayumi: It's not that, YOU JUST KEPT SAYING THE SAME WORDS AGAIN AND AGAIN!

Hime: *turns to the reader*  Hello minna!! All of my requirements are done, and so are the exams!!! YAY! That means I can update my story now! And wait there's more! This week I won't be having any classes!! That means i can update much faster! YAY!!

All: yay....

Hime: Well, my goal is to update every 2 days. Only on this week though

Aichi: U-uh...VANGUARD DOESN'T BELONG TO US!!

I gave the card back to the girl. The girl hesitated for a while, but she still grab her card.

??: *starts to cry*

Aichi: U-uh, sorry. Di-did i do something wrong

??: *shakes head* Arigato

I smiled at the girl and patted her head.

I woke up, and tried to recall my dream.

Aichi: That was a memory…But from when?
I glanced at the calendar
Aichi: Oh right!!!
I quickly got up and changed. Then I stared at my deck.
Aichi: It’s finally happening…

I went downstairs and started to fix my deck. After a while I suddenly felt Emi’s presence. I turned around and saw Emi standing there. I smiled at her
Aichi: Good morning!

Emi: Good…morning..

After a while Emi brought my breakfast. She noticed the cards on the table.
Aichi:Oh sorry! I’ll clean up.

Emi stared at my cards
Emi: Oh!That’s why. The Vanguard tournament is today! So that’s why he’s so excited.

After breakfast I quickly said goodbye and head straight to card capital. After a while I was in front of the entrance.
Aichi: *gulp* I-I’m getting nervous.
I closed my eyes
Aichi: breathe in…breathe out

??: Onii-san!!

I looked at the direction where I heard the voice
Aichi: Oh, Kamui!

Kamui: X) hehe! You’re entering the shop tournament right? C’mon! let’s go in! 

Aichi: hahaha. Um, kamui 

Kamui: So... Where's My wi-. I-I MEAN my Godddes?

Aichi: uh, Goddess?

Kamui: Emi ofcourse!

Aichi:!?  O-oh, i see. Sorry but Emi's not with me.

Kamui: oh... Well, you know she's always fashionably late!
Kamui began to push me.
Kamui: We need to get going oni-san!

Aichi: U-um Kamui. She never said that she will be stopping by.
When I looked at the cardcapital-
Aichi: I-It looks totally different!! And there are so many people!
I smiled to the people inside. 

Kamui: Woah.

Eiji: For you Kamui!

Kamui: C'mon!!

AIchi: E-everybody's looking at me. This is not the cardcapital I know.

???: Aichi!!

Emi was behind holding a basket
Aichi: Huh? Emi?
Emi just smiled at me.

Kamui's friends noticed that Emi arrived. They poked Kamui, and Kamui spotted Emi.

Kamui: MY GODDESS!
Kamui rushes to Emi
Kamui: Miss Emi!! I'm so glad you came!

Emi: Oh, it's him.

~Flashback~(Emi's POV)
one day, After school he suddenly came to me holding a bouquet to me. Ofcourse Mai and Ayumi were with me
Kamui: At the shop tournament I'd really love you to come and watch me win.

Ayumi: We don't even know if you're gonna win

Kamui: *ignores Ayumi*  A-and if I win. *turns red*  W-W-W-W-WILL YOU M-M-M-M-M-

Emi:He kept on stammering, that's why I can't understand a word he's saying. Plus lately he kept on visiting me after schoool. I wonder why....

Third POV
Kamui: This way Emi!

Emi: Uh…
Emi looked at Aich, but Aichi just smiled at her

Shin: Eveyone joining the tournament please stand forward!
Reiji: Kamui! We’ll protect Emi no matter what!

Kamui: Good boys- WAIT SHE’S GONE!

??: wow and here you guys said your’re gonna protect her.But you didn’t even noticed that she was gone? What a bunch of idiots

Kamui and his friends turned around
Kamui:…Ayumi
Emi was behind her

Ayumi: Missed me, Spiky head?

Kamui: Who are you calling spiky head!

Azami: Now now, don’t make a commotion. Why don’t you settle this in the tournament

Aichi: Wait if Azami and Ayumi are here, that means-

??: Aichi

Aichi turned and saw Hime standing there with a smile on her face.

Aichi: Hime! I thought you weren’t coming!

Hime: Me? Ofcourse I’ll go. All of my friends compete. Why would I miss this chance?

Aichi:No, it’s just after what happened yesterday…I thought she won’t be well enough to come.

Emi: Ayumi-chan! Are you joining?

Ayumi: Ofcourse I am! I’m gonna beat that spiky head over there.

Kamui: Who are you calling spiky head!!

All of the participants began to move forward.

Azami: Well Hime sorry if you’re not participating

Hime: Don’t worry I’ll be fine. Goodluck Azami, and tell Ayumi goodluck too.

Kamui: When I win, I’m gonna be your real brother, bro!

Aichi:Ahahaha…..!!!
Aichi suddenly tripped

People: HAHAHAHAHAHAAHa!!

Emi:*sweatdrops* Aichi…

hime: aichi?

Azami: Woah, are you alright?!

Aichi quickly stood up.

Morikawa: Get a hold of yourself Aichi! Getting weak knees won’t get you anywhere!

Hime: Well it’s not his fault…

Suddenly the door opened.Kai and Miwa appeared

People: Woah…

Aichi got up
Aichi: Kai…

Kai ignored them and continued walking

Morikawa: Tch…SHOW OFF!

Izaki: Oi! Morikawa he can hear you.

Aichi: Kai isn’t nervous at all.Unlike me…

Shin: Ahem! Now that everyone is here. We will now begin the Card capital Vanguard shop tournament! Sixteen participants will fight with each other until only one remains! And the one remaining standing is the winner! I know I don’t need to say this but, coaching is not allowed. I will be acting as referee. Please follow the vanguard rules during the game. Anyone who disobeys will be disqualified. So are there any questions?

Morikawa raised his hand
Shin: Yes? Uhm, Morikawa?

Morikawa: Right!!
Morikawa went forward and began his declaration

Morikawa: As you all know there is already one winner. AND THAT ONE IS ME! Katsumi Morikawa!!! So why even waste your time when you all know you’re just gonna get crushed by me?!HAHAHA!

Azami: This idiot. I swear!

Kamui snatched the microphone and began HIS declaration.

Kamui: MISS EMI! I’LL OFFER MY VICTORY TO YOU! And when I win, we’ll get m-m-m-m-m-ma-!!

Shin: ahahaha!!

Morikawa: Give it back! I haven’t sung the opening tournament song yet!

Aichi: I know Kai wouldn’t be nervous. But looks like Morikawa and kamui aren’t nervous either.

Suddenly a shoe hit Kamui.

Ayumi: don’t make stupid declarations, you idiot!

Kamui: Oh yah!?

Kamui and Ayumi shot daggers at each other.

Aichi: looks like Ayumi and Azami aren’t nervous either
Aichi glanced at Misaki
Aichi: She doesn’t look nervous either…
Aichi looked at Izaki. Who gave him a thumbs up

Aichi:I think I’m the only one nervous here.

Shin: Ah…AHEM! *sigh*Ok! The participants will be split into 4 groups. And the winners of those 4 groups will enter the finals. NOW! Let’s now see the participants in each block!

Aichi:I’m even more nervous…

Shin went to the assistant cat.
Shin: Please do the honors sub manager

Assitacat :Meow!

Shin: Sub-manageeer!

Everyone: O_o? -_- O_O

Shin: great
Shin looked at Misaki… Who just ignored him
Shin:*sigh* Manageer

Assitacat: Meow?? Fine!
The cat stretched and went to the poster.  He removed the paper

D block: Inaba/Andou  Fujino/Kai

Aichi: KAI!

Kamui: Hmm, in d-block eh? That way the finals will be interestng.

Aichi: hahaha..

Shin: Sub-manager! Why did you start at D-block!

Assitacat: Meow!!!

Shin:*sigh* Manager, can you do the rest now?

Assistacat: Meow~

B Block: Misaki/Morikawa Kawamura/Azami

Kamui: Great! I’m in c-block!

Misaki: B block…

Aichi: Wh-where am i? huh?
Aichi glanced at A block

A block: Aichi/Izaki   Ninja master M/Nakashini

Aichi: A block…I see so I have to make it in the finals to fight Kai…

Morikawa: Hmm?? I’m fighting against-
Morikawa glanced at Misaki

Misaki: >:|

Morikawa: L-looks like this will be an easy match. AHAHAHA!

Aichi: Oh that’s right, who’s my opponent?

Izaki: Me!

Aichi: Izaki?

morikawa: Ooh! Goodluck to you two!

Aichi kept on glancing at Kai. Who just seem to ignore him

Ayumi: Don’t let me down Kamui.

Kamui: I should say the same.

Shin: Now without further ado! Let’s start the first round of the shop tournament!!

All: Yay!!!
