"That's the girl from team Asteriod!" Aichi panicked

"Don't worry... She didn't come here to argue with us." Azami stared at her two bestfriends. "She came here to help us."

The members of PQ4 were confused but they listened and watched as the fight unraveled itself.

"Stand up!

"I see. They were childhood friends" Izaki explained everything to Aichi, since he couldn't stop worrying . He looked at the two girls.

"Warrior Princess attacks your Vanguard!"

"I guard with with Bringer of Love, Sabrina."

"Tch, I end my turn. "

Hime drawed "I ride Keeper of the White Arrow, Luna! Luna's skill, she gains an extra critical if I have 5 rearguard in place. I activate the skill of Arrow of comrades, Mitsoa. She gains 3000 power to every rearguard in place."

"...oi... She those skills, were real right?" Miwa asked terrified.

"Ms. diamond!!" Morikawa proudly wore his new costume for HIna "FIGHTO! "

Azami and Misaki looked at him "Who's side are you on?"

"Boosted by Mitsoa, Luna attacks your Vanguard!!"

"Tch Guard!"

"Hina... Thanks for the fight!"

"HIme's final turn signal!!"

"First check, heal trigger. Power to Vanguard."

"Eh?! But why?? She should have one more trigger to pass the defense! she should've send it to the rearguards."

"Well, that would be the safe way to play it Aichi." Misaki scanned the battle field "But in order to win this battle, playing safe will not get you anywhere. You must take the risks, and bet everything on that single attack."

"Second check. " Hime smiled "Critical trigger."

Hinagiku was surprised. "N-no way... 3 damage?!"

And so the final blow landed on Warrior Princess, and the fight was finished.

Hinagiku was frustrated that she stared at the ground for a few seconds, before looking up.

"Hina, you shouldn't feel ashamed. After all I wasn't that strong enough yet."

Pq4 was surprised "Eh?! But she clearly beated one of those monsters like Kai!" Kamui pointed at Hime "Oi, Princess. Explain this ! You beated one of  the top winners, and yet you're not strong enough?!"

Azami quickly understood "Well, for us of course she's strong now. But think about it this way. Why did she won?"

Misaki remembered "Because of the two triggers."

"Exactly, and what would've happened if she didn't drew them? Or atleast she only got one trigger?"

That got Aichi thinking."She would've gave them to her rearguards. " a lightbub lit up. 

"Yup, and how many cards were in Hina's hands?"

"....6 cards" Misaki got it ." In other words-."

"Asteriod won."

"Bingo! Ding ding ding ding ding!" Azami cheered " In Hime's view, if she's really strong she won't have to rely on triggers. Instead she would beat Hina with her  skills."

Aichi had other ideas. "No... Maybe if she fought Hina." everyone turned their heads on Aichi "maybe, PQ4 wouldn't lose. Instead of me and Tetsu, it should've been them.But I was blind, I thought I could win the match for us." he looked sadly at each one of them "I'm sorry..." then he quickly disappeared.

"Aichi!" Misaki felt a hand stopping her. 

"Don't worry." Hime looked at the direction where Aichi just ran off to. "I'll find him somehow..." Hime followed Aichi. "Meet us in the capital!"

"Aichi!!"

"Hime-san..."

She grabbed Aichi arm to prevent him from running. "Wait. This is bad what should I say so he would stay??" suddenly Hime remembered something, something weird.

"Hmm, let's see here. If your man had a bad temper, here's one tip to make him cool down."

"What are you reading to Ayumi, Azami?!"

"Don't worry ne-san, just a girl magazine."

"1. Try holding his hand, wrap around your hands to his and hold it to your chest-"

"Wait, isn't that sexual harrasment?!"

"-then look at his eyes , and then say 'Don't go, please.' Oh my-! Hime!" Azami quickly rushed to Hime's side "This is perfect!!"

"Huh? What do you mean? I couldn't do that!"

"Aw c'mon! maybe you should try this on Ai-"

*Boink*

"ow!! Hime what was that for!!"

"Not even gonna ask."

"Can't believe I'm doing this, but-" Hime stepped neared to Aichi, and stared into his eyes "Here goes nothing...Don't go."

Aichi was captivated by the moment, it sent butterflies to his stomach. He hugged Hime closer 

"Ai-aichi?!"

"I wont leave you..."

Orrrrrr at least that what's supposed to happen.

Aichi blinked "Eh? Hime-san, What are you saying??"

"..."sweat dripped "Wha-what am I saying?! Aichi's got the wrong idea now!! I shouldn't have listened to Azami!!."

"Hime-san, I'm not really going anywhere. I just want some fresh air." he looked at the sky. "But if you say so."

"Tch, this time I'm going for my own strategy! Aichi! You promised to watch the finals with us! Didn't you?!" Hime was on fire.

"I-i did... "

"Then don't go running off! You shouldn't break your promises! " Hime left with a huff "Real men keep their promises you know!!"

Aichi was left in the round "Wh-what was that about."

The shop doors opened "Oh, I see that the T.V is set up now." Hime scanned the shop "Huh? Hina's not here..."

"Well she kinda left early saying she needs to do Asteriod stuff."

"Oh-"

"Izaki! Hurry up!!"

"What's the big deal Morikawa?!"

"Kourin must be on stage now! And I can't see her because you guys are too slow!!"

Miwa scratched his head "If you would help us out then maybe things will be a lot faster."

"No! Now who on Earth would want that?!"

"He completely forgot Hina..."Hime noticed someone coming closer "Azami."

"Well, I guess in the end I didn't get to talk to Hina that much." Azami smiled "Too bad, right?"

"Azami...I know that missed Hina much more than I do...And yet-"

"Oh Yah! Where's Aichi!!"

Hime's aura suddenly changed. "Never. speak.of him.ever.again"

"H-hime-chan?" Azami watched as Hime marched down to her seat."What happened?"

The shop doors opened for the second time. "hello.." a timid boy came in

"Aichi" Misaki made eye contact together with Kamui. And once again the weird atmosphere from earlier surfaced.

Nobody dared to speak, nobody except-

"KOURIN-CHAAAAN!!"

"Morikawa! Pipe down!" Izaki tried pulling him down to his seat. "I'll get that remote. I'll turn the volume up!"

"And finally, the last battle is here!"

"Last battle? Then we missed the first two matches..."

"In Team Ceasar,it's kenji mitsusada!"

"Kenji...."Aichi remembered the time when they all first met "Just a while ago we were with them..."

The atmosphere was trying to take over but then- "Alright! It's pretty amazing that you guys even made it to the finals."

"Manager's right!" Morikawa stood up "Great job, you guys made it far without me."

"Is Lose-umi, really cheering these guys up?!"

"KOURIN-CHAAAN! AAWW! Why did you guys lose!! That was too fast!! I didn't even get to meet her in person."

"yo!" the shop doors opened 

"Welcome"

"Miwa" Aichi looked dejected once he saw Miwa in.

"Sorry, just me."

"Kai is mad isn't he? I mean, it's my faul-"

"STOP!"

"Eh?"

"Question: Is Kai really someone who wants to watch something with friends?"

"..."everyone doesn't really need to think about it. "NOPE XD"

"-from Team Asteriod, Ren Suzugamori."

~Few minutes later~

"The fight.."Azami clenched her fist

"It's really amazing" Kamui looked at Aichi.

"But... I feel like Ren's not totally serious at all."

"Huh? "Kamui looked back at the screen

"Stand and draw..."Ren looked at Koutei "Well then, just for today. I'll show you a little something, when I'm serious."

Koutei glared at Ren

"When there is light there is darkness. That's a pair of truth." Ren's eyes began to change.

Hime felt it "There it is..."

But it wasn't only her, Aichi was shocked. He felt something when he looked at Ren. And because of that he stepped back.

"Appear from the everlasting darkness. Ride! Blaster Dark!"

Everyone was shocked of the entrance of the new card.Azami looked real hard at that card "....."

Aichi was the most surprised of all, he stepped back "NO! It can't be true."

"What is that unit?!"

"It's not Blaster Blade right?"

"A dark...Blaster Blade."

The darkness consumed the stage. Completely beating Kenji after saying Final turn, Ren and his team won the Nationals.

"...That wasn't even a fight!" Hime spatted

"Ren is really incredible."

"So Ren-san, could you say something to the fighters out there?"

"Everyone was strong. " he looked at the camera "Please do you best to continue wasting your efforts  and time.

Morikawa was giving off a scary face "What was that!"

Kamui started shacking his fist around "He's mocking everyone!"

"H-how about to the few people who you've fought?"

"There's nothing to say..."

"H-how about this year's tournament?"

"It was boring."

"really...."

"Amazing.."

Shin noticed Kamui's small voice "Asteriod? Yah I knew that they were strong-"

"No! I mean Kai! And also"he looked at Hime "her."

"Me?"

"Both of you beated those monsters twice!"

"Eternal Flame!!"

"Moon's aim!"

"Even if it was Kai, I have to admit it..."

Once Morikawa saw Kourin give the bouquet to Ren, he quickly stood up and hugged the T.V "KOURIN-CHAANNN! That bouquet was supposed to be mine!!" he looked at Aichi "DANG IT!! It's because Aichi lost in that last match!"

"I-I.." Aichi was speechless.

"Cut that out Lose-umi!!"

"KATSUMI!"

"it's not brother's fault... I'm the one who caused the biggest trouble on the team. I acted on my own because of my stupidity."

"...You guys are forgetting something. I also lost to Asaka right?"

"YAH! Why do you guys keep on blaming Aichi!" Azami jeered.

Morikawa was so pissed he turned off the T.v "Boring"

"Hey!"  Ayumi grabbed the remote "we were watching you screw head!"

"Now, now. Don't look so glum everyone" he grabbed something from his back "Let's go to the beach!!"

Everyone's mood changed immediately "When it's summer it's beach!"

"When it's beach it's swimming"

"Camping fireworks!!"

"S-swimming .... " Hime started to grab Azami's shoulders "SWIMMING!!!!"

They were all surprised by her extreme reaction.

"Ohh, a change in the environment is really nice. Right Aichi?" but when Mia looked at Aichi he looked like he was in despair.

"...Sorry!!" apparently Aichi's mood was still the same.

"ni-san!"

Miwa sighed "I'll be back...." now there were less 2 people from before.

Hime was stunned "Aichi...I guess now he fulfilled his promise..." she felt something from her shoulder"Azami??"

"I'm assuming that Miwa's after Kai to give Aichi some motivation. "

Ayumi stepped forward "But he'll also need strength. You should also go..." 

Hime looked at everyone and everyone nodded "Minna... Ok! I'l be back."

Shin teared up "Aw, youth at it's best."

"You sound old..."

Hime stopped when she reached the intersection..."Wait... where am I suppose to go? What was I thinking..."

A cool breeze passed her.

"Ofcourse!" she started running.

Aichi stared at his pathetic reflection. "sigh...what am i doing. I  should've just-"

"Smile!!!!" a voice came from behind.

"Hime-san!!"

She sat beside the boy.

"How did you know I was here...."

Hime also looked at her reflection "Well, this is also where I go whenever I'm depressed. Looking at yourself is quite pathetic right?"

"...."

"Look Aichi. I knew someone who acted really weird when she first joined the regional tournament. Ofcourse it was small back then, but still she acted really something stupid. "

"What did she do?"

"Well... Once they said Stand up, the stage would usually change into a battle field right?"

Aichi nodded,

"when she saw the units in front of her she quickly left her position and grabbed her standing vanguard."

"Sh-she did what?!"

"Haha I know right!"

"What happened after that?"

"Well, since that was against the rules, the machine broke and the match was prosponed."

"That's..."

"That's bad right? And that's not all, I heard she nearly got her team disqualified."

"D-disqualified!!"

"Pathetic right? She was just so moved by the appearance of her favorite card she couldn't help but put her team in danger."

"...What was her name?"

Hime turned to Aichi"You really wanna know?"

"Yah."

"..." she looked at the sky and smiled "her name was Hime Utsukushii.."

"EH?! That was you Hime-san?!"

"I know, I was stupid back then." she blushed hard "Don't tell anyone ok?"

"But..but what happened to the match."

"They really got disqualified. Haha"

"Hime-san."

"And that got me really sad. I hated myself so much..." then she looked at Aichi "That's why I don't want the same thing happen to you." she wrapped her hands around Aichi's "I didn't had anyone beside me to cheer me, because I didn't show them what I really felt.But now-" she looked into Aichi's eyes. "-Aichi, I'm here for you. Don't you forget that."

"Hime-san..."

They continue to stare into each others eyes. Neither one of them looking the other way-

"If this is what I came for then I'm leaving."

They both backed away "K-KAI!"

"..."

"Kai-kun. It was my fault- I!"

"Yah it was your fault."

"..."

"You can't beat them with your skill..."

"This guy.!!"

"not yet."

"Not yet?! Kai-!"

but he was already leaving.

Aichi stood u, determined now "I'm gonna get stronger!I swear I'm gonna get stronger!!.....Thank you, Kai."

Hime stood up as well , cleaning off the dust in her skirt. " See, I told you. You're not that weak."

Aichi turned to Hime and hugged her "I promise Hime-san! I'm gonna get stronger!!" he stared a few seconds at Hime before he lef,t running.

Hime was shocked, then she crossed her arms "That guy..."

Aichi first arrived in the shop.

"Say that again?"

"I want you to give me some special training."

Hime entered by this time."Good job Hime!!" waved  Azami

"I want to get stronger!"

"Woah, Aichi's all fired up!"

"Well, it's hot outside."

Misaki also noticed the change"Aichi.."

"M-me too!!" Kamui steppe forward "I won't be a pain next time, I promise!!"

Ayumi crossed her arms "Even with Kai beside you?"

"That guy is a lot more experienced than me. I hate to admit but yah, I might need him."

Ayumi smiled "There you go."

"Shin, me too. I'm not doing enough, I want to know much more."

"Don't for get me guys!" Hime put her arms around Aichi and Misaki "I might get left behind, if I don't train you know."

"I know this would come in handy!" Shin again revealed the beach poster. 

"Shin!" Misaki was about to confiscate the poster-

"Tch tch tch! Who said about slackig off! This is team PQ4's training camp!"

"That's our manager! Let's do it! Nii-san!"

"yeah!"

Azami, Ayumi, Morikawa, and Izaki quickly made plans for the beach vacation. 

"Who'll bring the fireworks."

"How bout the floats?!"

"We should also bring sun screen!!"

Aichi looked at each one."I promise you guys! I'll get stronger!!"
