Lots of stuff happened this weekend and I'm just over the moon.

I'll start with today: It was my first Forensics Meet.

I'm a Soph so I didn't make the cut as a Freshmen, but I made it to the first meet of the season, with a more broad team option that allowed for newer people to try out.

WELL GUESS WHAT I DID

I made it to the elimination round and got 7th place overall!

I'm honestly shocked at myself and feel pretty good now. Since I can't go to the next meet which is next Saturday but I made the eliminations this week, I have a good spot of getting a guaranteed spot on the team when our coach finally puts the final roster in place.

And now yesterday...

Oh yesterday was amazing.

My boyfriend and I are still together (I wasn't expecting to be dating anyone, much less have next week be four months already) and his birthday is tomorrow.

So naturally we (Me, him, and 3 other good friends) have a party at his house.

Which is about 45 minutes away from our school.

And we had Robotics that night.

So we finish Robotics, then his parents come and pick up the 5 of us to all go and play Magic and Smash Bros, while the guys spend the night and I had to get driven home early (which makes perfect sense but was still disappointing.)

I was really tired on the way home and kinda almost fell asleep on him.

And then we got to his house.

Before I could get out of the car he leaned over and kissed me.

I was kinda like "Oh, that's nice..." because I was still half asleep, but then I get out of the car and it's cold and I wake up entirely and it's WAIT HE KISSSED ME

(P.S. I kinda liked it)

So yeah.

Kat got her first kiss.

Lots of firsts.

I'm exhausted.

I can't wait for the day when I get a weekend with nothing going on.
