Okay quick update, and by quick I mean V QUICK SO I CAN SHOW SOMETHING OFF

I'm So Close(tm) on a oneshot I'm writing. It's at around 1.5K right now and I plan on ending it around 2K.

It's a little (okay, a lot) different from what I normally write, in the genre of General Fiction -> Romance.

It's called Chromophobia, revolving around a world where color doesn't exist until you find love.

Second, I have the prologue + half of the first chapter of the next book I'm gonna be posting completed! I'm gonna wait to start posting until I've got two total chapters done in addition to the prologue, but once I finish the first chapter I'll put a sneak peek here.

Writing is back in the swing for me, but I have to hammer down on school.

Tomorrow we have a band concert (THERE'S A HORN 2 SOLO I'M SCREAMING VERY SLOWLY).

Next Wednesday we have a competition for band (IN WHICH ONE OF THE SONGS THERE IS A HORN DUET AHHHH)

And I have to focus on Biology.

It's my least favorite class. The only class where I, an average A- student with a 3.8 who got invited for National Honors Society, can literally FAIL a test and have a low C- in the class.

(We had a bio test this morning like 2 days after we got back from Spring Break???? I completely failed it. F. 69%. Flunked. I am very upset and have been the entire day.)

Also there's girl's soccer, don't even get me started.

Guys soccer was great. Made a bunch of friends, super fun and relaxing time, met my boyfriend, and got to get on the good side of the coaches.

The girls on the team are already partway insulting me behind my back.

I'm gonna be the head manager for Varsity (I confirmed this with the coach) and they're all "Oh are you SURE about that?"

Dude. Talk to the coaches. Talk to the guys in soccer. I am supposedly the best manager they've had in years.

(Which I don't get but the guys were great and liked me so much so???)
