"Which one of you gentlemen got the bill?" Claire asked, wiping her hands in a wet wipe and folding them on the table.

"Let's get the bill. Purrrrr." Leah and Marley both said in unison, dying of laughter right after.

"Y'all know that if we all decided to run out of here right now, they'd catch your slow asses first," William stated, laughing and dabbing up Mateo, who sat right beside him.

"I'm not playing with any of y'all," Zeke said, pulling out his part of the bill. He put the money on top of the check and got up to book the Uber.

The rest of them finished laughing at their jokes and pulled out their parts of the bill. William handed the booklet to the waitress, giving her a $100 tip and followed the rest outside.

The whole cast were in New York for a talk show and went out to dinner right after. They were heading to the hotel to get some rest before their flight in the morning.

"I can't believe we came to New York and y'all don't want to go to Times Square," William mugged. Crossing his arms over her chest like a big baby.

"Every time we come here, you want to go to Times Square," Leah chuckled. "Be creative. How about you book something fun for us all to do next time we come instead of having us look at stairs." Leah is always bullying William smh.

"bE crEatiVe," he mimicked.

Leah rolled her eyes and dipped her face back into her phone. She was texting Kacey from her iPad before she went to bed.

To Kacey: I love you boo. I'll see you soon.
Voice-note From Kacey: "I love you too. Goodnight."

Kacey's vocabulary was beyond her years but she loved being able to let Leah hear her voice through the recordings.

"I'm not even tired for real. What are we going inside for?" Will whined.

"Y'all know Leah's anemic ass can't be in this cold," Mateo joked.

"Why do y'all like to play with me?" Leah asked, looking up from her phone.

"Y'all can go out and Leah and I can start the season finale of love island," Claire said, clapping her hands.

"Oooh, count me in," Marley chimed in.

"I'm down for that, actually," Zeke stated.

"Fine," William and Mateo whined.

"Okay, so y'all can get ready and then meet me in my room and we can all watch it," Claire said, as the Uber pulled up in front of their hotel.

They all agreed and headed up to their rooms to get ready.

Leah entered her room and immediately took off her purse and her heels. "My feet are killing me," she groaned, rubbing her feet.

She walked into the bathroom and started the water, allowing it to heat up. She went to the bathroom sink and got a makeup wipe to remove her makeup, while using her other hand to free her hair from the high puff she had.

"I'm not going to have any edges if I keep letting these people play in my scalp," she said to herself, rubbing her scalp.

The hair stylist put so much gel in it to keep it slick so she decided that she'd rinse it out.

She got a towel and wash cloth from her suitcase and took it to the bathroom, where she proceeded to get ready for her shower. She never used hotel towels, wash cloths or sheets because she just didn't trust them. She always packed her own.

Before she stepped into the shower, she scrolled through Spotify and played Temporary Highs in the Violet Skies by Snoh Aalegra. She could listen to that album all day.

She took her scorching hot shower and sang on the top of her lungs. She finished and came out of the shower, immediately adding conditioner to hair hair, detangling it and tying it in a low bun.

From Claire: Girl, hurry your ass up!

She laughed at the message, knowing that doing this kinky-curly hair took her a while.

She lathered her body with coco butter and applied her creams and serums to her face. She picked out a tank top and some sweats so that she was comfortable. She finished up by brushing out her thick brows and adding some Vaseline to her lips.

She was all ready and just needed to get her phone her room key.

After putting on her socks and her slides, she left the bedroom and entered the seating area. "Hee-Choo," she sneezed while trying to close the bedroom door. It wasn't a good idea to wash her hair so late on a cold night, knowing she liked to air dry.

"Bless you, baby." She jumped, startled at the voice that came from behind her.

"How'd you get in here?" She asked, shocked to see Jonah standing in her hotel room.

"I told you that you can't stay away from me baby," he said, in a sad tone. Jonah stood in front of the hotel room door, while Leah stood in the middle of the seating area.

"I haven't been able to sleep, eat or even think about anything that's not you. Leah, please- No!" He stepped closer to her but she immediately stepped back.

"Baby, I'm sorry. How many times do you want me to apologize?" He pleaded.

"I don't want your apology and I don't want you near me. There's nothing you can say to make me forgive you, Jonah. We're done," she stated in a firm tone.

"Is this really what we're going to do? Huh? You think I'm just going to let you leave?" He asked, now beginning to show his irritation. "I came all this way to show you that I'm serious about you."

William was walking down the hall to get to Claire's room. He had to walk past Leah's room in order to do so. He just wanted to see if Leah had left already. Knowing her, he new she would take forever.

As he approached the door, he heard yelling before he could knock. He placed her ear at the door and listened.

"You need to leave, now. I'm not doing this again with you!" Leah yelled.

"I'm not leaving here until you come to your senses and realize no one is ever going to love you the way that I do," Jonah replied.

William contemplated barging into the room right there and then but he stopped himself. Instead, he notified there security that there was an unwanted guest in Leah's room. He didn't think it was his place to interrupt.

"I don't need anyone to love me the way that you did. I don't need someone who would take his anger out on my face!" She cried.

"What?" William said standing at the door. He didn't believe he heard her correctly.

In a split second, William heard shuffling and Leah's scream. Jonah forgot to lock the door after he entered and William wasted no time running into the room.

"You're coming home whether you like it or not!" Jonah now had Leah pulled against his chest, with her back facing him. One arm around her neck and the other pinning her hands down.

"Jonah, please just let me go," she screamed, trying to let herself free.

"Get the fuck off of her, Jonah," William bursted into the room seeing Jonah gripping onto Leah.

"Your boyfriend's here," he smirked, pushing Leah to the ground.

William watched as Leah flew to the ground and took no time before he took a swing at Jonah.

"Will!" Leah cried, seeing that William wasn't going to stop there.

Jonah flew back and before William could take another swing, security came through the door and was holding him back.

"Get the fuck off me," he yelled, trying to go after Jonah. "Get him out of here before break this nig- neck."

One security guard grabbed Jonah while the other restrained William. Leah stayed put, watching it all play out.

The security guard dragged Jonah out of the room, while the other stayed in between Jonah and William. William finally calmed down when his attention drew to Leah, who was still on the floor crying.

"Come here. Stand up," William said, as he helped Leah up and pulled her into his arms. He didn't know what to say. He just held her and let her cry.

"Leah," he said hesitantly, finally breaking his silence. "It's okay, calm down." He led her to the sofa and held her close while she sobbed.

"Leah? Let me ask you something," he said, holding her face up to his. "He's been putting his hands on you?" He asked.

Leah avoided making eye contact and stayed silent. She didn't want William to look at her differently. Especially because she decided not to make a report against him.

"Le-" He felt his voice getting loud and stopped himself, taking a deep breath. "Leah. Just tell me if that motherfucker put his hands on you."

She looked at up at him and nodded her head, now crying hysterically. "Why didn't you tell me," he said, holding her head to his chest and clenching his jaw.

"Huh? Why didn't you tell me," he was now holding back tears. He was angry. How could he do that to her?

"I didn't know what to do," she sniffled. "I just left him but he keeps coming back," she cried into his chest.

"The police didn't do anything about it?" he asked confusingly.

She picked her head up and pulled away from him, fiddling with her fingers. "I didn't go to the police," she finally said.

"Leah, what? No. You have to report him. What are you saying?" He jumped to his feet.

"I'm saying, I can't. Okay?" She sniffled.

"Leah, the only way to make him stop is for him to be arrested. How do you know the next time he won't k-." He hesitated, now seeing Leah look up at him with wide eyes.

He squatted in front of her and kissed her forehead and both of her cheeks. "I want you to be safe. Okay?" He said, grabbing hold of both of her hands. "The only way to do that is if you report him. I don't want to see you get hurt."

"The police are here and they want to take your statement Leah," one of the security guards said.

Leah turned to look into Williams eyes. He held onto her hands and nodded at her.

"Okay, I'll ready in a minute."

William took a deep breath and stood to his feet, pulling her into another hug.

End of this chapter ya'll. I actually wrote this one before I wrote the last one. I just knew exactly how I wanted William to find out but I needed a filler before I made it happen.

Hope y'all enjoyed.
