Chrys was agape with what he was witnessing, a voice behind him spoke. "Poor Peacock, who ever told you that you were fighting for the good guys"  the blade burrowed deeply into his shoulder. 

Luckily the Waaspern was always prepared for trouble. He spun quickly, lessening the blows impact. Pulled out the dagger hidden in the water, and sliced off one of the Bey's legs. He went into survival mode, barreling into an unsuspecting Myrheana knocking her flying. She rose up to give chase.

"Leave him!" Rebecca commanded, "he won't get far and I have someone special waiting for me. Ahriman ready the portal for Umbraletellria"
