3rd Person's POV

Inside Billy's home...

"Love! Tingnan mo 'to oh!" Billy grinned when he saw Sarah shrieking in laughter at the school of fish that were biting on her feet as they have availed the services for a fish spa massage.

According to Billy, they both deserve a break. Something to pamper themselves since they both have been working hard.

"Ano ba 'yan! Ang dumi ng paa mo oh!" Billy joked and Sarah playfully slapped his arm.

Time skip to one of their favorite hang-outs when they were still best friends and not yet dating...

"Oh, tapos na ang klase mo?" Sarah asked when Billy emerged from behind her as she was waiting for her next class.

Billy nodded and sat beside her on one of the benches inside their campus.

"Di ba, may klase ka pa?" He asked and she shook her head. His forehead creased with confusion. "Oh, eh bakit hindi ka pa umuuwi?"

"I'm waiting for Bern. I promised to hang-out with her today. I don't want her to feel I left her out and I am keeping my promises. Always." She said smiling and closed her eyes when a whiff of air brushed her face.

"Sana all, hinihintay." Billy chuckled.
Sarah blushed at his remark.

"Eh, ikaw, bakit ka andito?" She shot back at him.

"Hinihintay kita." Billy answered her coolly and winked at her.

"Itsura mo!" Sarah exclaimed rolling her eyes but her cheeks are turning pink.

Time skip to their girlfriend-boyfriend days...

"Happy anniversary, Love!" Sarah said and handed Billy her gift which he accepted.

In exchange, Billy gifted her a mini-journal where she can write her thoughts while she is traveling and during her work on plane.

Billy's eyes shone in surprise when he opened her gift. It was a signature wrist watch and is currently on tv advertisements recently.

It seemed as if they are a match made in heaven. They both have their dream jobs, caring and thoughtful parents and a happy relationship.

Their relationship has been going strong and he cannot see himself away from Sarah. He longed to wake up each morning beside her.

Sarah is his ideal woman. She is his perfect girl.

He is more than grateful to have her.

Time skip to his marriage proposal...

"Yes, Love! I will marry you!" Those were Sarah's words as she cried out with glee.

He instinctively placed his lips on hers when she said yes. Her parents are happy with the engagement.

It was a day full of bliss even though he made the proposal on an early morning.

It isn't the typical candlelit dinner but of a low-key simple one. With her parents present in their humble abode.

Yet, for him, it was magical.

Time skip to the present...

"B-billy! Anak!" Billy awoke from his sleep and blinked realizing he is in his bedroom.

He roamed his eyes around and saw that his legs are still numb and paralyzed. He struggled to move and his mom, Odette, aided him to lift his body to sit.

"Ano po yun, Mom?" He asked bewildered.

"Si Sarah, anak. W-wala na." Odette said, her voice breaking.

Billy let out a low chuckle. He shook his head, "Mom! That was hilarious! Since when have you become a joker?"

His mother just continued crying and at that moment, he knew his mother is serious. He has never seen her wept this much.

He knew his mother has considered Sarah as her own daughter. They have been together since college and his parents have been attached to her too.

"M-mom, naman. That can't be possible-" Billy protested but his words caught his throat as a wave of tears escaped his eyes and went down his cheeks.

"S-she didn't tell us anything. K-kaya pala ang laki ng pinayat niya." His mom cried as she yapped. "Kausap ko si Sally kanina. She told me that Sarah passed away in her sleep."

Billy was speechless upon hearing the news that crumbled his world down.

"Pa-paano nangyare yun? She visits me almost every day. How come I never noticed?" He asked in disbelief as angry tears cascaded down his face.

"K-kanina lang. Nasa panaginip ko pa siya." He wept.

And then, he lifted up his eyes and begged, let me see her, Mom. Please. Bring me to her."
