Note:  After being brought to my attention, I just wanted to explain stuff.  This is my second rp book, and while I do not allow for fantasy or sci-fi elements in your main ocs here, I encourage you to check out my other roleplay book, where those are perfectly fine, as long as your characters personality is just as creative.

-Species, Appearance: In this roleplay, I am okay with any vertebrate species that has ever existed in recorded human history. If you want to be a thylacine or something else extinct, it's alright, as long as the animal existed in recorded human history. In most cases, I will not accept invertebrates, prehistoric organisms, hybrids that can't occur, or mythical creatures, unless if a reason for such a character is made. The colors and patterns for any species should actually be able to occur, no glowing paw-prints, bright green fur, or red eyes, unless if these things are tattoos or dyed.  PLEASE NOTE, I will accept characters with these qualities in my other roleplay, as long as their personality is just as creative.  It is only in this role play that I prefer more physically "ordinary" characters.

-Job, Alignment, Location, Story: In this roleplay, anomalous occurrences and humanoid animals aside, the world is very much like our own. Current technology is similar to ours, species in our world are all there, although they are split between anthros and feral animals, and the continents we all know and love exist there.

The story, is that strange, otherworldly forces exist in this world. You as a character, are one way or another, affected by these forces. Seeing as such forces were kept hidden from the public, the best way for you to be part of the story is to work in one of the groups studying or hunting these things. However, if you wish to be an average everyday person, that is acceptable as well.

There are several groups and organizations involved in anomalous occurrences, some studying, worshipping, hunting, using, or helping them. The way the story goes for you, depends on who is winning.

Most groups have similar/the same jobs. These include being a guard, test-subject, researcher, janitor, troop, manager, medic, scout, etc. Civilian jobs are similar to those in our world, pick one of those if you're like to not work in one of these groups.

-Roleplaying: First off. I'm okay with one or two sentences if that's all you've got. However, if all you type is he blinked or, she ran, the roleplay will not continue. Have your character explore around a little, use your vocabulary and brain, paint a picture.

Do not make your character the always right, hot-head one man army with a scar on his face, an eye patch, and a robot arm.  Please note, that particular personality type is used quite often, and a little variety is much appreciated.  Along with this, thinking a little more after others had pointed out a problem with my logic, I don't think the cyborg arm is a bad or completely overused idea, however, as the technology in this roleplay is like our own, if there is a robot arm on your character, it would be like anything people have built here.  If you would like to use a more sci-fi robot arm, I encourage you to check out my other roleplay, where that is perfectly fine.

I will make several scenarios for each anomalous thing, however, I think it would be awesome if you came up with an idea for a story you would be interested in.

-Anomalies: These include objects, locations, entities, and everything in between. All of them seem to go against the laws of science, nature, and the norm, in one way or another. These are the main focus of the story.
