A nervous sigh left your lips as you made an attempt to fix your graduation gown in front of one of the mirrors hung in the Unis hall, desperately trying to make sure you looked presentable enough to go up on stage in a few minutes to accept your graduation certificate.

Upon taking a look around your surroundings, a faint smile painted your lips as you saw how other fellow graduates were surrounded by their lovers, friends, and families, excitedly talking about the graduation ceremony that would be taking place any moment now, and you couldn't help but wonder what it would be like to have them by your side as well.

- They would be proud of me, right?

An announcement echoing throughout the school's halls speakers soon snapped you out of your train of thoughts, as it let everyone know that it was soon time for the ceremony to begin, and your heart raced nervously yet also excitedly.

"The ceremony will begin shortly, please make way towards the great hall and find your seats"

Jungkook: Here goes nothing...

You immediately began heading towards the great hall, slowly looking around the place in an attempt to spot where they had placed fellow graduates for your class, and as you were heading towards your seat, your attention was drawn to your right as familiar voices could be heard calling out your name in the distance

Once your eyes finally caught sight of your hyungs, a bright smile of relief found its way onto your lips as you gently waved at them from afar before swiftly taking your seat as well, feeling yourself finally be able to relax a little bit knowing your hyungs were there for you.

The whole great hall soon quieted down as the principal made his way onto the stage, walking up to the stand with confident steps before gazing across the great hall with a warm smile on his lips, and once it was completely silent he finally spoke into the mic

Principal: Dear graduates, we are gathered here today to bid adieu to class of 20xx. During your time here, I am sure you all have not only learned a lot, but hopefully also gathered some fond memories and new friends along the way. After today, you will all be continuing on your own paths to build your future, and SF University sincerely wishes you all the best of luck.
Now I'd like to begin the ceremony by bringing up the three winners of the practical evaluations this year, to come collect their certificates and honorary medals.

The whole great hall cheered proudly as he called out the two other students' names one by one to come collect their certificates and medals, and a shaky breath left your lips as you tried to get rid of your nervousness, knowing you would be the next and final name he'd call out

Principal: And last but certainly not least, let's welcome on stage a name we all came to be very familiar with seeing on this very winning list. Jeon Jungkook!

A faint blush spread on your cheeks in embarrassment at his praise, and it only grew a tiny bit darker as you heard your hyungs loud and supportive cheers, which honestly might've been a tad bit too excited though you could only bite back a giggle as you walked onto the stage

Once you got up there, you remained calm and collected as you walked up to the principal and professor Lynx who were handing out the award, bowing respectfully towards them as you smiled

The professor patted your shoulder proudly as he spoke softly while handing you your certificate

Professor: Good job, your family would be so proud of you.

Jungkook: Thank you professor..

You flashed him a warm smile which he returned before you turned towards professor Lynx, watching as he applied the honorary medal in form of a pin onto your graduation gown with a proud smile on his lips

Lynx: Wear this proudly, you have proven you deserve it all these years you have been with us.

After respectfully bowing once more, you now headed over to stand by the other two winners, congratulating them which they happily returned whilst the three of you received a standing ovation from the crowd, then as the crowds cheers slowly quieted down you all got down from the stage and returned to your seats quietly

The professor continued on with his speech after that, but you were now far too focused on admiring your medal and certificate to really pay attention to the rest of his words.

However, you were quickly drawn out of your little bubble as you heard him mention a memorable alumni, and as you slowly raised your gaze back over to the stage, a soft gasp left your lips from surprise and confusion, seeing how shadow birds flew all around the great hall and then came together transforming into a big Chinese dragon which then made its way back to the stage, finally disappearing into thin air as the shadow then broke apart

Everyone gasped and cheered in admiration and surprise at the mesmerizing trick, however, you found yourself frozen in shock after seeing an all too familiar face walk on stage and up to the stand.

He scanned the room with a faint smirk evident on his lips, and his eyes were glowing a faint purple as his deep voice filled the hall when he spoke

Taehyung: Thank you for your kind words professor, as most of you may know my name is Kim Taehyung and I am currently the head agent at the FMP headquarters. I am very grateful to have the chance to be invited here today, and I'd like to especially congratulate the 5 students who made it into our special agent's team starting next month, we at FMP are looking forward to having your talents join our team.

His eyes scanned the room once again and your breath hitched as his eyes finally met your own, making you instinctively whisper out a soft ''Cocky bastard..'' as you huffed softly in utter disbelief at the sight of him up there.

Taehyung: The memories you all have made here at SF University, are memories that you will come to cherish for the rest of your life. And I hope you put everything you've learned here into your new careers that await you. So without further ado, we'll be moving onto the final segment of todays ceremony as the principal and I hand out your graduation certificates.

How is he here-...

The principal now began calling out the names of students as they one by one came to collect their certificates, and your chest grew tighter and tighter from the anticipation of not knowing when your name would be called next.

Heck, the two of you haven't spoken in almost 4 months now, and yet he has the audacity to show up as if nothing happened. A warning would have been nice at least?

After what felt like an eternity, your name was the last one to be called out, and so you slowly made your way towards the stage whilst trying to hide how your hands nervously trembled.

As you took slow steps towards Taehyung, he held your certificate whilst looking straight into your eyes, not breaking contact though his face was unreadable, and it made your chest clench slightly as you stood in front of him.

Jungkook: Y-you..

You tried to blink away the tears that unwillingly began forming in your eyes as you spoke, only for your voice to come put as a mere broken whisper

Jungkook: I t-thought you wouldn't be b-back for another year...

He hummed softly as he looked down at you, keeping his calm as he spoke in that ever so warm and deep tone you hadn't been able to hear for a long time

Taehyung: The mission finished faster than we thought it would. Why, did you miss me?

You gritted your teeth as you lowered your head, feeling those tears that welled up earlier finally overflow and slowly roll down your cheeks as you let out a shaky breath and a soft ''C-cocky bastard, shut up if you already know it...''

Before you knew it, he gently reached down and cupped your cheek with his hand, gently making you tilt your head upwards before finally connecting your lips into a sweet kiss the both of you had longed for all this time you were apart, and the whole great hall erupted into gasps and happy cheers as you both smiled into the kiss, not caring about everyone seeing the affectionate display you both put on

Once the two of you eventually pulled away from the kiss, he wiped your tears away as he smiled softly down at you, whispering out a ''I love you'' which you returned just as quickly, and the both of you smiled brightly as he finally handed you your graduation certificate

However, you frowned slightly in confusion as you couldn't help but notice something odd stuck underneath the ribbon, but before you could question it, he got down on one knee as he was smiling up at you whilst holding your hand.

Jungkook: H-hyung what are you-

Taehyung cut you off as he confidently spoke into the mic he was holding, and as your eyes locked you could tell he was beginning to tear up now as well, his hand that was holding your own trembling lightly as he did

Taehyung: Jeon Jungkook, words truly can't describe how much I love you. But I hope this can show a fraction of it, you have always felt like family to us, and selflessly even treated Nari as your own... However, I now hope we can make our family official, and this question is something I've been wanting to ask you for a long time now... Will you marry me?

Soft sobs now left your lips from happiness as you watched him carefully get out the ring from the graduation certificates ribbon, and then finally sliding it onto your finger as you swiftly nodded whilst squeaking out a ''Y-yes, of course hyung, yes!''  whilst looking into his eyes

Upon hearing those words he swiftly jumped up and pulled you into a tight hug, picking you up from the ground as he spun you around a couple of times before finally placing you back down, tears of joy rolling down both of your cheeks as you simultaneously giggled happily

And if the cheers from before weren't loud enough, they sure were now as they all stood up clapping and cheering excitedly for the newly engaged couple in front of them.

A surprised gasp instantly left your lips as Nari came running up on the stage and right into your arms, shortly followed by your grandpa, Taehyungs parents, and your hyungs as they all came to congratulate you, some of them also even crying out of joy as they hugged the both of you tightly

Needless to say, your end here at SF University couldn't have been greater.
And now a new chapter awaits you...

Only in this one, you're no longer alone.
