Waffle_Pony123 made a theory on Shinsou being President Mic and Aizawa's love child. Shinsou controls someone's conciseness when he asks them a question and they answer (that's were President Mic's quirk comes in) when he does that it temporarily locks their quirk (Aizawa's quirk). So Shinsou can be their love child.
