Percy's POV:

" Ugh" Annabeth said

Then she quietly lead me to the desk with the vase on it and behind it, were 4 girls. One was Hazel and the other one was Piper. Of course Piper would be here. She would follow anything that is romantic. Which is normal considering her mother is the goddess of love.

But I didn't recognize the other two

" Percy you already know Hazel and Piper. These are Calypso and Lucy. My other two helpers. But they are actually my close friends."

" hey" I said not knowing what else to say. Annabeth and I were blushing from finding out that the girls saw us kissing.

" Did we interrupt anything?" Hazel asked innocently

" yeah it looked like you two were busy" Piper added

The blush on my face suddenly became more visible and the same went for Annabeth.

" Ooh this is your first kiss right? I should have video taped it" Piper said regretfully

" Don't worry, I did" Lucy said

" Actually-" Annabeth started to say but I cut her off.

" Yeah that was totally our first kiss, so what?"

" Oh just nothing" Hazel said. Then she started to jump around and squeal so much. The only words I heard were, finally, ship and sail.

 " Wait a minute, you are acting very suspicious and a little too calm for us ruining your first kiss, and normally you would have killed- Unless," then she gasped " NO WAY"

" What is wrong Piper?" Calypso asked

 Uh-oh, Piper found out. Darn my mom for raising me to not lie.

" THIS ISN'T THEIR FIRST KISS. THEY HAVE ALREADY KISSED" piper yelled

" Calm down Piper, I don't want anyone knowing. Especially the media and the other selected." Annabeth said

" So its true" Calypso said

" yes okay it is true, but that was only our second kiss" I said 

" But why didn't you want to tell them?" Annabeth asked

" Because then they would go crazy and do weird things and start teasing us. So basically like what they are doing now."

 We both turned to look at our friends to find them doing exactly what I said they would do.

" Huh, you are actually right for once." Annabeth said

" What do you mean? I am always smart!"

" Yeah, and I am the daughter of Aphrodite"

" It is possible. You are gorgeous after all." I said in a teasing way

" Perseus Jackson, are you flirting with me?"

" maybe.. you should know, after all you are the wise one out of both of us"

Annabeth smacked her face

" Well, I had fun, but I am supposed to have gone on at least one date with each of the selected before the elimination today."

" Ok then bye" I said

Then she kissed my cheek and left me standing there looking like an idiot.

" Oooh you are totally in love with her." Piper said

" No. No I am not. I just like her. Besides there is no way Annabeth would like me. She is a princess and I am a five. There are many better men for her" I said

" Oh yeah. Who?"

" Luke Castellan. Did you see the way she looks at him. She looks at him with a sparkle in her eyes."

" Yeah thats true. But I can tell you that she loves you more"

" Whatever you want to believe" I reply then leave.

I went to the men's room and talked with Jason,Frank and Leo. After around an hour or more the King entered the room.

We all stood up and bowed.

" I am going to give permission for Princess Annabeth to enter this room" he said

When Annabeth entered the room we had to bow again.

" I don't want to waste your time so I will speak quickly. Tomorrow we will be holding a masquerade ball. Even though it will be obvious who I am. It will start at 7 pm in the ballroom. Also, you may invite your family if you want since I will be narrowing down the group. I was supposed to have an elimination last week along with this week so instead I will be eliminating a lot of people today. I will tell you during the day if you are eliminated. Thank you" she said, then she left.

" A masquerade ball? Well at least I know that my parents won't be coming. Since my father is a god, and my mom is dead" Jason whispered

" Yeah same here" Frank and Leo said

" Well I might invite my mom, and brother" I said awkwardly

" Cool. It would be nice to meet them. That is if we don't get eliminated." Frank said

" Aren't we supposed to go on some quest on Friday?"Leo whispered

" Yes. But we can get eliminated then they can pick us up from our house" Frank replied

" Speaking of the quest we need to continue training. We agreed on doing it from 4pm-6pm right?"

" Yes. Since it is 3:30 know I am going to go get ready then relax for a bit" Jason said

" Ok bye.

During training we got an unexpected visit form Athena. We all bowed down. I did it reluctantly.

" Hello demigods. I want to introduce someone to you. He is another demigod and the child of Hermes. He is a prat of the selected. I wanted to introduce you to him so that he can help you train because he has already been to Camp-Half Blood and is the best swordsman there. Meet, Luke Castellan.

What? Luke is a demigod, and he is a great swordsman how is supposed to help us. This day just keeps on getting better. Can you hear the sarcasm dripping from me? First the monsters, The fight with Annabeth and now Luke. Ugh. Why do you hate Luke, he has done nothing to you, you might ask. Well, he is manipulative and ummm.. very annoying. He spends too much time with Annabeth.

" What is happening to me?" My brain asks

" I know. You are jealous of Luke" my heart replies

" Jealous? Of him.. pfffffft that is the silliest thing I have ever heard.
