Percy's POV:

I woke up to the sound of someone sitting next to me in tears, and the monitor for my heart speeding up when I saw who it was. I could see her beautiful blond hair, and her smooth skin. i saw Annabeth Chase. Did i like her, I honestly don't know. but i do know that I care about her and about what happpens to her.

        " Percy, you're awake!" She said and then she rushed over to give me a hug

      " Ouch, not too hard Annabeth" I said, feeling the pain on the side of my stomach.

      " Oh I am so sorry. Actuallly I am not!" She said 

  " What why not?" 

    " WHAT IN THE WORLD WERE YOU THINKING? You could've gotten killed. YOU SHOULD HAVE LET THALIA, PIPER AND I HELP !!!!!" She screamed

     I laughed at what she said, then held her hands. She lightly blushed and I don't know what I was thinking, but i continued.

     " Its alright Annnabeth, We are all alive. I couldn't just have let 2 soon to be queens and one family of royalty to die under my hands. Even if you can fight, I couldn't risk it. You are too important to this counters, to the selected and to me." I said, I couldn't believe I just told her that. I was getting ready for her to scream at me, but instead she said

     " I was so worried Percy. I wouldn't be able to stand it if I knew that you died" she said sadly.

     Then she started to lean in to me. Our faces were noses were almost touching and I could see her take a quick glance at my lips and I did the same, then when our lips were a few cm apart, we heard a knock on the door, and Annabeth bolted back to her seat leaving me on the bed. 

        Then the door opened and 6 people came in. Thalia, Piper, Jason, Frank, Leo and Reyna all walked in with worried expressions on their faces until they saw me awake.

      " Man, we were very worried about you" Jason said

    " Don't worry I am alright" i said 

    " We wanted to stay with you but Annabeth wouldn't let us," Thalia said pointing at her

   " Yeah, something about it being her job since you were a member of the selection and stuff... But i really think that she was extremely worried and wanted some time alone with you when you would up" Leo said I felt a blush cover y face and Annabeth's too.

       To change the subject, I said," What did you  tell everybody?"

     " We told them that we were walking in the gardens, and that 10-12 rebels came and attacked us. We told them that you guys had them killed before the guards were done, but one was hiding and stabbed you." Annabeth's said 

       " Wow, that is a believable story. Your probably get away with everything don't you?" I said

      " Maybe" she said with an evil smile

     " Sorry to abandon you, but I have to go talk to my mom about something important" Annabeth added"

   " Its okay, we'll be hanging out here with Percy" Frank said

 " I have to send a letter to my mom about something that is happening in France" Piper said

" Ill take you there" Jason said

" The rest of us will stay with percy" Thalia said

" Ok bye" Annabeth said

Annabeth's POV:

 It is time for me to ask my mom my suspicions about Aphrodite.

  I knocked on the door, " Come in" mother said 

" i wanted to ask something about... your side of the family" i said 

   She took me to a secret room, and the she said, ' Ok darling, ask anything you want...."

   I am truly sorry that this chapter is short and useless, but I had to continue working on my biology and physics lab reports and i stayed up late just to add this for you.
