Nico's POV

I woke up suddenly to Percy flailing around in his bed. He sat up with a red face and he was breathing heavily.

"Bad dream?" I ask.

"Something of the sort." He responds.

It's probably about 3 in the morning and I'm laying on the floor of Percy's cabin.

"My back hurts," I complain.

"It wouldn't hurt so much if you would just listen to me and come sleep on the bed. It's plenty big enough."

Obviously, as the mature adult I am, I stick my tongue out at him.

"Oh wow, real mature. Just get your butt up here," he says and scoots over to make room for me.

I shoot him a glaring look but climb on the bed anyways. It isn't that big...

"Percy?"

"Yeah."

"I better not fall off."

He chuckles and wraps his arms around my waist. He leans down and whispers in my ear, "Never."

I think I know what it feels like to be the sun now.

I don't know why but Percy's been acting really clingy lately. Maybe it's because of the breakup. I mean, he hasn't mentioned it recently but that must be it. He's probably not over Annabeth yet.

((A/N: *cough cough* Annabitch *cough cough*))

The other day when we almost kissed, I panicked because, what if he's going to try and use me to get over Annabeth. I thought, maybe if I avoid him, he'll give up on his crazy idea.

I was wrong.

Maybe he isn't trying to use me after all.

I'm sorry this is so short... School is being a little sh¡t so I've been having trouble finding the free time to write this. But I thought up some new ideas and they include a sweaty, shirtless Percy! I'm going to start working on the next chapter as soon as I can but... School...
