Summary: This takes place a few years in the future when technology, called NerveGear that allows people to play in full virtual reality games, is released. Sword Art Online is the name of the game that main character, Kirito, logs into. Once in the game though, he realizes that there is no logout button on the control. Now Kirito and all the other players are trapped in the virtual world with the only way out, to beat the game. To top things off, if a player dies in-game, they die in real life too. Watch the anime to figure out how Kirito and the others will make it through the death game.

Pros:
-amazing graphics (seriously amazing)
-backgrounds are well thought-out
-all the characters are beautiful and so kawaii
-the outfits are especially amazing on every character
-lots of details
-good voice-acting
-plot is very easy to follow yet still fascinating
-characters are fun to fanart

Cons:
-the time spent in SAO (as in the VRMMORP game,) seems a bit rushed
-the cage Asuna gets trapped in is big enough for her to walk out the side of! (Just a slight frustration lol)

My Opinion: I don't even know why, but there is something about this anime that I just love! Maybe it's the characters that I'm obsessed with or how cool the games seem. I mean the characters really are so cool. The outfits and backgrounds are so detailed and colorful. It's just a fun show... but then it has its emotional parts too. I feel like every aspect of it is very good; you have to watch it and you'll feel me!
