Summary:

Misaki Ayazawa is the first female student council president at a former all-male school. She runs the school with strict discipline and demeanor, and most students (even the boys) are scared of her.

The blemish in her record? Because of the financial situation her family is in, Misaki is forced to work at a maid cafe. Of course, she can't allow anybody at school to know, or her hardworking self would become a joke. So when Takumi Usui, a first-class heartbreaker and heartthrob of the school finds out about her secret, he promises to keep her embarrassing job hush-hush if she spends some time with him.

Opinion:

Once again, another romantic comedy that I should've hated but ultimately favored it in the end. It is one of the few (and only) romantic shows I'll ever watch. My type of romance that I find interesting...

Well, let's say that the crazy murderer The Governor from The Walking Dead had some interesting affairs and pastimes (get the handcuffs) that were FAR from romantic but just enough to keep me entertained. That's my type of romance! Seriously, how many chicks that he's hit it off with has he killed?

Okay, that's off topic, sorry. Anyway, this was an exceptional show; so I think a 6.5/10 is a fair rating from a romance-hater like me. Something almost all animes (except the really dark Attack on Titan) should have is comedy! So that really lightened the mood and gave me quite a few good laughs.

This isn't a spoiler alert, but let's just say that Usui totally kissed a guy just to scare him and make him leave the room so himself and Misaki could be alone. Yeah, he's kind of an ass like that. But it was funny as hell and completely censored, so that's a bonus.

What else is there to say? This was a pretty fantastic anime. It wouldn't interest many guys, but even if you hate romance and happen to be a female, stop by and give it a try!

Warnings for this is hard, because I can't remember it off the top of my head. I think that the there was a minimal, itty-bitty amount of blood. Very little sexual content, but implied rape at a certain part that was meant to set the "dangerous" mood. Oh yeah, and Usui's censored kiss with another guy. I don't think there was any language to concern anybody.

Vote if you think that Usui could look better than Misaki in the maid's outfit.
