"Come one L! You can't sit around staring at a computer screen all day." You complained to your hunched over boyfriend.
"But I need to catch Kira and I'm close." He said with his usual emotionless expression.
"I know your close but you gotta take a break."
He didn't budge
"How about I take you to that bakery down the street. They have great cake." You said in a singing voice.
"Fine." He finally said. You cheered and pecked his cheek. Even slouched he was still slightly taller than you and you hated that.

"See isn't this great L? Just you and me no Kira. No stupid detectives. Just you and me." You sighed.
"Yes this actually is nice." He said with a rare smile. And you spent the rest of the day just talking and laughing. Ignoring the looks you were getting from L's sitting position and how many cakes he was eating.
