So, I was digging through my old books when I found a few... drawings that I drew a long long, very long time ago. I remember being so proud of them at the time but now... I look at them and cringe. Very very badly.

Like what was anatomy??? It doesn't work like that!!

But yeah, you guys get to see my cringe-y drawings from like 3 years ago... (no judge pls)

1). Around 2013(?) I think?? Before I watched anime...

2). As you can see from the signature, 2014-ish. Probably around when I started watching anime-- slight improvement in anatomy, heh heh heh... but still terrible

3). A little after I watched Angel Beats! The second anime I watched, I think (more improvement in anatomy LOL but still very very cringe-y)

4). (still can't believe I drew this ew stuff omg)

5). I try to draw hands... (Still 2014 I think)

6). When I watched Baka to Test (my first attempt at copying anime art)

7). No refs used (but turned out like Chitanda Eru from Hyouka--probably because I had just finished it prior to drawing this) 2015

8). Also no refs but probably inspired by Honey or something from Hamatora

9). No refs again, inspired by Misaka Mikoto from A Certain Scientific Railgun/Yandere

10). It's a guy... I think??? (But it was sketchy so I didn't think it was worth to post it at the time I drew it)

11). Also very sketchy, so I didn't think to post it at the time. Practicing profiles

12). #RIPmypinkpen (probably used it to draw too much). Idk if you can tell, but the eyes are drawn using a different pink to the pink of the hair--ok it doesn't look too pink in the image but it is pink irl... cept it's dead... T^T *cue weep*

13). Inspired by Noragami Aragoto and Hiyori's scarf????

AAAAAAND THIS WONDERFUL PIECE OF ART THAT I DREW TODAY!!!! (I hope you can see the improvement... better anatomy at least?? the more I stare at it, the uglier it looks omg) 

And from this, what can we learn, kids? Why that anime helps with drawing, of course! That's why, an anime a day, keeps the artists at bay. (Ok I made that up as I typed it, but it sounds legit so allg) 

Ok I'm rambling.

Anyway, sorry for this humongously long post, hope this inspires you to draw or watch anime more or something...

p.s the drawing that is up there^ is the idol sister from a few parts ago (still don't have a name yet). Ehehee~ She's my new fav to draw (before it was yandere from like part 2... uhh Yumie was her name)
