Mechagodzilla builds this city for a What if Battle
<Cue: We built this Cit by Starships>
Toomi: It was the time of a monster apocalypse. Planet Earth is infested with Kaijus causing worldwide destruction all across the world.
Sachi: But none of these monsters come close to Godzilla. The King of the Monsters
Megumi: So during the apocalypse, the technological Bilusaludo came down to Earth and they allied themselves with the humans and the Exifs in the battle.
Toomi: But despite the combined effort from the three species, neither of them were successful in taking the Kaiju down, losing many of their soldiers and resources in the process
Megumi: So when all hope is lost, what is their solution in solving their Godzilla problem? Why, building their own Godzilla of course!
Toomi: So the Bilusaludo and the humans were granted approval by the United Nations for Project Mechagodzilla, also dubbed as 'The Last Hope of Mankind'
Megumi: Gotta admit. That's a pretty sickass robot. But there's just one problem...
Sachi: What is it?
Megumi: How in the world did that thing even malfunction just moments before Godzilla arrived?
Toomi: Up until now, nobody has a clear answer although when Godzilla Earth arrived, he destroyed Mechagodzilla and the facility holding it.
Mulu-elu Galu-gu: Godzilla has passed the defensive line!
Halu-elu Dolu-do: The wall should give us some time
Scientist: A3 and A5 AIs are silent!
Mulu-elu Galu-gu: Mechagodzilla won't come online!
Halu-elu Dolu-do: Why won't it activate!
Sachi: But Mechagodzilla's AI survived along with it's head still intact. And for over a thousand years, the nanometal eventually gained sentience, spreading and growing to the point it can spread it's nanometal.
Megumi: And after barely surviving their re-encounter with Godzilla Earth who is now 300 metres, Haruo received treatment from the Houtua who told the surviving humans and bilusaludo of the city, refusing to enter and deeming it sinister.
Toomi: Soon, the group reaches Mount Fuji where they realized that the nanometal used in the construction has evolved, recreating Mechagodzilla
Megumi: Wait, that's Mechagodzilla?! Where's the robo-dino with the weapons?
Sachi: Believe it or not, it is the same robot but the robot AI allows it to recreate the entire city housing it, creating itself into Mechagodzilla City
Toomi: Once they truly enter the city, the team finds Mechagodzilla's original head, with its destroyed body. The Bilusaludo activate it, make a command center in the shadow of the collapsed titan, and begin the construction of Vultures from the remaining Exosuits.
Megumi: And following this, the Bilusaludo began doing something really weird, fusing themselves with the nanometal and become one of the city. Man, the City of Light reference from the 100 sure is strong in this one.
Sachi: Following a massive conflict with Godzilla Earth, which results in the monster's entrapment and near death, the nanometal making up the Vultures begins to consume their pilots, Haruo, Yuko and Rilu-elu Belu-be.
Toomi: Luckily, thanks to the treatment from the Houtua, Haruo was immune to it's effects but Yuko on the other hand isn't so lucky while Belu-be welcomes it.
Megumi: But to make matters worst, Metphies then calls, telling Haruo that Mechagodzilla City is growing, consuming relentlessly and must be destroyed
Sachi: Torn between killing Godzilla and maintaining humanity, Haruo then fires at the Central Command, destroying most of the city, freeing Godzilla Earth who then finishes off the city.

Toomi: Mechagodzilla was armed with an A.I. by its Bilusaludo creators. By the time of City on the Edge of Battle, half of the A.I.'s block remained active, allowing for control over the titan and its nanometal.
Megumi: Mechagodzilla also has a blade launcher, which was used by Gigan during his fights against Godzilla Earth. The weapon had a range of 3 kilometers, and the blades, launched from Mechagodzilla's back, would be guided through the air to their target
Sachi: Mechagodzilla is also armed with a Convergent Neutron Cannon, mounted on its head. It was a particle-beam weapon, with a range of 5km. Due to the penetrating power of neutrons, the beam can penetrate a target's outer shells and melt internal tissues.
Toomi: With the installment of Plasma Booster, Mechagodzilla is also capable of flight.
Mechagodzilla
AI
Blade Launcher
Convergent Neutron Cannon
Flight
Hyper Lance
Laminated Heat-Resistant Armoured Plate
Nanometal control
Tail blow
Thermal Energy Buffer Layer
Toomi: And while many of Mechagodzilla's arsenals were never seen functioning in any form of battles, it's AI however is strong enough to allow it to control Nanometal, reforming itself into the very base used for it's construction.
Megumi: And the same kind of nanometal is used to upgrade the mechsuits into those sickass Vultures. Oh and did I mention that those things are also alive enough to kill any nearby Servums?
Sachi: It's Thermal Energy Buffer Layer is also powerful enough to deflect Godzilla Earth's nuclear blast.
Feats
Some of Mechagodzilla weapons equipped on Gigan during Operation Long March was successful in harming Godzilla
Mechagodzilla's Head and AI survived Godzilla Earth's nuclear blast
Mechagodzilla's Nanometal is sharp enough to pierce through the skins of Servums
Thermal Energy Buffer Layer can deflect Godzilla Earth's nuclear blast
Nanometal are able to upgrade the Mechsuits into a more agile, powerful and aerial Vultures
Mechagodzilla's Nanometal is strong enough to trap Godzilla and almost kill him
Mechagodzilla City stood as both the largest incarnation of Mechagodzilla and possibly the largest Kaiju dwarfed by Anime King Ghidorah
Toomi: And considering how Mechagodzilla's Nanometal is strong enough to trap Godzilla, the city may actually be the answer to killing Godzilla once and for all
Megumi: But there's just one problem though.
Toomi: What is that?
Megumi: It's just a city. I know we may be doing the analysis for him but let's face it, how is a city going to fight?
Sachi: That's...a pretty good question.
Megumi: I mean how come we never get this?
<Shows footages of a fan animation of a fight between Godzilla Earth and a newly constructed Mechagodzilla>
Toomi: Probably due to the lack of time. I mean it took over years and months to build a 50 metre Mechagodzilla and since Godzilla is making a beeline towards the city, what makes you think that the characters can rebuild a 300 metre version in less than a day?
Sachi: And besides, since Mechagodzilla City itself is already full of weapons powerful enough to fight Godzilla, why build a robot?
Megumi: Dunno, maybe because it would be cooler.
Weakness
Malfunctioned for unknown reasons, resulting in it being unable to defend itself from Godzilla's attack
Godzilla Earth's nuclear blast destroyed most of Mechagodzilla's body
Mechagodzilla City is not suited for any form of combat
Control Centre
Destroyed completely by Haruo and Godzilla Earth
Despite being built as a "Last Hope for Mankind" Mechagodzilla's intentions after Godzilla's demise is questionable
Toomi: And while Mechagodzilla is build to protect mankind, nobody knows the Bilusaludo's true intentions for the planet, leaving a possibly that they may use Mechagodzilla to wipe out both the humans and the Exifs and claim the planet Earth for themselves.
Metphies: If your Mechagodzilla had worked, who would it turn it's fangs on after it defeated Godzilla? An interesting thought.
Sachi: But it's weak point is the Control Centre. Once it's destroyed, it automatically deactivates Mechagodzilla and causes the cessation of the nanometal's spread.
Megumi: But considering how dangerous this version of Mechagodzilla is, just thinking about it's full potential is a pretty scary thought.
Mulu-elu Galu-gu: I'll turn this whole city into a gigantic Godzilla execution device!
Megumi: Just to note, Galu-gu's quote was not present in the video but hey! It's not like we can just post Netflix onto Wattpad anyway!
