About-

Latias is a legendary pokemon. It is both Dragon and Psychic and was introduced in Generation 3. It can mega evolve using the Latiasite, as seen in the pokemon movie 'Hoopa and the Clash of Ages'. It is the member of the Eon duo of Hoenn along with Latios.

Ability- Levitate

Weakness- Dark, Bug, Ice, Fairy, Dragon, Ghost

It's signature move is Mist Ball. Latias is highly intelligent and can understand human speech.
