Did this last summer. I was obsessed with these books. I read them a good five times. It's about a girl called Cassie who moves to a street in a different town and the street is called Crowhaven Road (I think...) anyway all the 12 houses on the street have a teenager in them, they're all the same age. Some of the teen sure living together due to dead parents etc. And then Cassie finds out she's got magic and that a guy called Adam is her soul mate but he's dating her best friend Diana. It sounds terrible with my summary but I can assure you its like the best book ever. Also I hate Cassie x Adam shipping. It's terrible. I prefer Cassie x Nick. They rule.
